Dawn Jones previously taught third grade and served as the third grade team leader at Press Elementary School from 2011-2012. The assistant principal, Tracy Meador, recommends Dawn for a teaching position based on her strong work ethic, motivation, problem-solving skills, and ability to be a team player. Meador asserts that Dawn is energetic, takes initiative to get tasks done in a timely manner, and will be an asset to any school because of her passion for helping children succeed.

I am delighted to have the opportunity to write a letter of recommendation for Dawn
Jones for a teaching position.
I worked with Dawn during the 2011-2012 achool year at Press Elementary School.
During that time, Dawn taught a 3rd
grade self-contained class and served as the 3rd
grade
team leader. Dawn volunteered as our teacher representative for the after-school Pep
Club and was instrumental in the planning of our monthly assemblies known as Mane
Event.
Dawn is energetic, motivated and has a strong work ethic. She “makes things happen.”
She is a take-charge person, and I could always count on her to get the job done. Dawn
finishes tasks in better than a timely manner and does so with a positive attitude. She is a
team player, a problem-solver, takes initiative, and is easy to work with. These qualities
are a strong indication of her ability to be an effective teacher.
Dawn has drive, discipline, and passion, which enable her to be an awesome teacher and
incredible wife and friend.
I have been fortunate to work with Dawn and know that she will be a true asset to your
school because she loves kids and knows how to help them be successful. And on top of
that, she knows how to work with adults.
