To Whom It May Concern,
I would like to recommend Jessica Campora as a candidate for a position within your organization. I
originally met Mrs. Campora when I was placed as the principal of Fairview Middle School and she was a
teacher on staff. I instantly identified her as one of the leaders on the staff and someone who I could turn
to when I needed support. She served on three valuable committees for our community; Team Leader,
Discipline Committee, and was the secretary on our Site Based Decision Making Council. She was extremely
flexible in that she was teaching Spanish when I first arrived and then agreed to go get training to teach a
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) class. This meant that she had to go through several
weeks of training away from home. She was constantly striving to be the best teacher that she could be
even taking advantage of a Dollar General Grant to pursue a degree as a Literacy Specialist. She also
became certified in another reading program known as SMILA. She was constantly trying to improve herself
so that she could grow and help her students. She was one of those teachers who could identify issues and
instantly brought a solution and not a complaint. She worked well with her co-workers as she analyzed data
and observed and planned lessons with them.
I feel strongly that Mrs. Campora would be an asset to any organization lucky enough to employ her!
Sincerely,
Selina Sparkman, Principal
