Advantages for Governments Digital dividend thanks to the spectrum frequency.  New network planning issues has to be  considered after the analogue TV  switch off. Promote competition as more actors can enter  into  the market Digital requires less  RF  power so this leads to  energy’s cost savings and cost of ownership gain . SFN mean you could have one  RF frequency occupancy by multiplexed TV programs over the countrywide .
