TARGET PRICE: more or less at around 3,500 USD/CIF Per
Metric Ton
SHIPPING SIZES: 2000 Metric Ton
DESTINATION: EU PORTS
CONTRACT LENGTH :Monthly
INSPECTION: By Sgs Or Equivalent At Port Of Loading At
Seller’s cost
Desired quantity 1200 Metric Ton Monthly ongoing
Required Specifications:
Chemical composition: Copper: 99.90% (Min.); Lead: 0.005%
(Max.);
Delivery schedule: DEPENDS ON THE BUYER
Payment :Irrevocable L/C 100% at Sight at Loading Port
Insurance Policy : The Seller shall provide insurance at his sole
expenses and responsibility. Insurance shall cover all risks for one
hundred ten per cent (110%) and shall be class ““A”” as defined by
the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce).
Insurance shall be on behalf of the Buyer.
Procedure must be as follows:
ıı Buyer issues his LOI
ıı Seller issues SCO (Soft Corporate Offer).
ıı Buyer sign and return SCO (Soft Corporate Offer).
ıı Seller issues a draft contract with Proforma Invoice of the
transaction.
ıı Buyer sign and return the contract to the seller
ıı Buyer proceeds with the transfer of the 30% upfront payment Via
Bank Transfer to enable the seller proceed with the preparation and
shipment of the copper wire scrap.

2. ıı After shipment seller issues the following document to the Buyer
1. Copy of bill of lading 2. Copies of packing list 3. SGS
inspection report and certificate 4. Customs documents 5.
Insurance Policy
2. 6. Phytosanitary Certificate 7. Certificate of Origin
