4. Conducting tool box talks for welders, fitters, helpers on a weekly basis and maintaining the
report for the same.
Fit-up inspection, review of fit up report submitted by sub-contractor on daily basis.
Conducting the Line check to all the test packages as per the Isometric Drawings and issues
the punch list of category A, B & C according to its Severity.
Reviewing the test packages as per the test pack management procedure and checks the
punch list for clearance.
Coordinating with sub-contractors for planning and scheduling of site activities on daily basis.
Witnessing the pressure test based on a system and sub system wise along with the client
and clears the test package if test is successfully executed.
Shut down activities monitoring and Coordination.
Involved in welding inspection and coordinated in Non-Destructive Examinations.
Verification of isometric drawing with respect to P&ID.
Raw material inspection.
Witnessing of pneumatic test hydro test, flushing & system lay up.
Reinstatement inspection of completed /erected pipelines.
