JOB HISTORY/DUTIES
Administrative Coordinator
ASTORA Women’s Health LLC Eden Prairie, MN 08/2015 to present
I supported the Director of Clinical, Regulatory and Health Care Affairs and his team. Astora is a
company solely dedicated to women’s pelvic health. Endo International plc, the parent company,
that it will discontinue operations of it device segment, ASTORA Women’s Health.
My responsibilities include heavy calendar management, travel arrangements (air and land
transportation, hotel), process expense reports for the director and one manager, meeting planning
(in office and out-of-state). Oversee the Grant (Charitable Product, Educational, and Fellowship) and
ISR (Investigator Sponsored Research) Application process. Maintain each individual team member’s
training plans in Agile and Compliance Wire. Create a weekly compliance training reports for
management. Enter Requisitions in JDE for creation of Purchase Orders. Receive invoices against
Purchase Orders and track payment history by Vendor/Purchase Order. Create Change Orders when
necessary. Receive physician invoices/receipts. Enter physician payments in Salesforce.com.

Worked in the Memory Book Sales Division (two Area sales managers at the corporate office plus
twelve regional sales managers and 240 independent sales representatives plus two Creative
Accounts Managers in the field) and Educator Services (Director and three team members). Jostens
is a jewelry manufacturing and printing company providing products, programs and services
including school yearbooks, class rings, graduation products, and products for athletic champions
and their fans. Jostens is a subsidiary of Visant Corporation.
My responsibilities included heavy calendar management, travel arrangements (air and land
transportation, hotel), process expense reports for three managers/directors, meeting and event
planning (small and medium groups - locally and out-of-state). Create and manage reports (weekly,
monthly and annually - digital and paper). Field customer calls, word processing, prepare and
update spreadsheets and presentations, data entry, etc. Process debit/credits to the independent
sales representative’s commission accounts and process/track Creative Accounts Managers rep
chargebacks. Create Profit and Loss reports for large yearbook workshops. Order supplies as
needed. Go-to-person for Memory Book sales force.
