 Safe keeps important contracts and agreements

 Scheduling of meetings
 Attends to branch queries/follow ups/ requests from HRD, Finance and other Departments
 Disseminates communications from principals and other departments to the branches; e.g., Special prices, deals, authorized
signatories, principal rejections, etc.

 Takes charge of incoming and outgoing mails
