Office Manager/Project Administrator- Perform general office administrative duties from
answering phones, ordering office supplies, coordinating project managers schedules,
organizing office events—parties, special events, training meetings, tracking bids and projects
and creating reports for weekly update meetings, and overseeing general daily operations.
Assisted project teams on hotel renovation projects and bids by contacting vendors for pricing
of materials and general conditions, sending bid invitations to subcontractors, creating
proposals for bids, writing purchase orders and approving invoices, coordinating housing for
crews, communicating with on-site superintendents for ensuring material supply on site as well
as ensuring that any needs or issues that arose with the superintendents, subcontractors, or
owners were addressed in a timely manner in order to maintain project schedule, writing and

Office Manager/Administrator- Administered all aspects of front office management such as:
managing FFS/PPO/Self-funded insurance claims, coding & compliance, treatment plan
presentation, securing financial arrangements and assisting patients in obtaining outside
financing, scheduling/confirming appointments, and overseeing daily schedule & operations.
Solely responsible for A/R-billing, A/P, used QuickBooks to maintain bookkeeping records and
balance bank statements. I also reduced outstanding A/R from over $200,000 and 70% aged
accounts over 120 days, to less than $53,000 and 60% under 90 days in my first two months
on the job. Additionally, I was responsible for all HR functions such as interviewing & hiring new
employees, maintaining employee files, training & management of all staff members, and
facilitating performance improvement plans, discipline and incentive programs for all staff. I
also developed and wrote an employee handbook. I developed and executed ideas and
systems to increase profitability, reduce costs, and increase new patients as well as increase
case acceptance. Planned and coordinated special events such as the annual Snake River
Dental Society seminar of which my boss was the President including handling location
arrangements, food & beverage, guest speaker(s), and enlisted vendors for co-op advertising
to offset costs. As a specialty practice we hosted monthly CE courses which I helped

inventory of over 300 units. Photographed all vehicles, uploaded to online databases such as
Autotrader.com, Cars.com, eBay Motors and Craigslist, managed leads, tracked sales,
followed up with each customer after the sale to ensure 100% satisfaction. Procured delivery
service to deliver vehicles sold online to places such as Jackson Hole, WY and Las Vegas, NV.
Developed and managed website for the entire company (7 stores) as well as creating press
releases, Facebook page, and Blog. Responsible for weekly print ads, monthly TV campaigns,
creating graphic content such as flyers, newsletters, and special event advertising. Directly

legal correspondence. Assisted with writing and implementing policies and procedures, as well
as day-to-day operations duties including but not limited to; generating daily, weekly and
monthly reports, assisting in conflict management with disgruntled customers, ensuring that
sales staff of over 25 receives necessary forms, reports and other documentation daily and
weekly in order to complete sales, I created and implemented new systems of tracking for work
orders, and a Key Check-in/Check-out system in order to increase efficiency and minimize
loss. I was promoted to Jr. Executive Assistant to the owner of the company, which expanded
my experience and responsibilities to include various aspects of advertising including,
coordinating ad traffic, ad buys, responsible for the graphic design and placement of print ads
