being part of a leading, successful and productive team. Proficient in use of Primavera P6 & MS Project
for Project planning & Scheduling, Estimation of Duration, Cash flow, Manpower Histogram, Delay
Analysis, EOT Claim, Monthly progress report, Cost loading, Resources loading & Monitoring of Project
progress on site. I am having the experience in planning and construction of High-Rise Building and
developing projects to required specifications, safety, reliability, quality and sustainability with
different companies at different Civil Building & Infrastructure projects.
KEYROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering,
manufacturing and construction disciplines. Conduct field scoping to clarify scope as required.
• Understand WBS structure, and work with management and project/maintenance team in the
development of work breakdown structure for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating
and project control.
• Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using
scheduling software.
• Understand contractual matter, EVM, CPM, EOT, familiar with scope management and change
control.
• Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the
overall project master schedule.
• Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar chart plan considering all inputs (manpower, equipment
and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.
• Develop work method of statement or procedure as required.
• Understand and proficient to utilize planning tools such as MS Excel, MS Project & Primavera.
• Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as
required.
• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves).

• Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern
which required action of the associate task member. Reports and analysis of deviations from
plan.
• Ensure timely completion of quality works are in accordance with schedule and carried out
accordance to consultants Specifications & Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications.
• Prepare and update three weeks and two months look-ahead schedule that reflects the
priority activities.

• Diploma in Project Planning and management using Primavera P6 at CEBS Centre Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with
the proposal requirements through the application of the primavera P6 software
• Identify the project deliverables, milestones, required tasks and targets to determine the
staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project
through the project measurement system
• Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the
Project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project
• Progress monitoring of specific projects on a regular basis. Anticipate and resolve any
problems, bottlenecks/scheduling conflicts. Prepare and maintain package work plans and
