Part 1:Coaching
• A caching is an instructor of skills, that teaches
skills on the basis of one-to-one personal
contact between the trainee and trainer.
For Example:
Informal training sector, Ustad and chota
Every senior is a teacher of his/her junior
Its principle
“Each one ,teach one”
• The trainer Confidence, Patience, Trust and
recognition of each other ‘s personality
• The identifies the strengths and weakness of
the trainees and adopts learning strategies
that enhance latter’s strong points and lessen
weaknesses.
Its Base

Its effectiveness
• A well planed effective coaching produces
results in saving time, labour ,money and
benefitting trainer, trainee and the enterprise
How???
• The immediate senior in the trainer who uses
instructional techniques of telling about the
task and showing its working ,and asking the
trainee to practice and demonstrate it for
evolution and feedback.
Line of Action
• A coach is a nurturing and supporting
behavior who watches a trainee’s
performance closely and improves error. The
trainer is concerned with the welfare of the
trainee and encourages him/her to asked
questions and discussion problem about
regular work performance.
Part 2:Mentoring
• A mentor means an experiences and trusted
adviser. Mentoring is an advance form of
coaching designed for potential manager, of
various levels , its conceptual Skills
Mentor Model
• Trainee and skillfully shapes him into a future
upper-level leader.
• The course contents may include
interpersonal relation ,decision making, group
work ,managements of change, evolution of
work and work situation

  • 2. Part 1:Coaching • A caching is an instructor of skills, that teaches skills on the basis of one-to-one personal contact between the trainee and trainer. For Example: Informal training sector, Ustad and chota Every senior is a teacher of his/her junior
  • 3. Its principle “Each one ,teach one” • The trainer Confidence, Patience, Trust and recognition of each other ‘s personality • The identifies the strengths and weakness of the trainees and adopts learning strategies that enhance latter’s strong points and lessen weaknesses.

  • 5. Its effectiveness • A well planed effective coaching produces results in saving time, labour ,money and benefitting trainer, trainee and the enterprise
  • 6. How??? • The immediate senior in the trainer who uses instructional techniques of telling about the task and showing its working ,and asking the trainee to practice and demonstrate it for evolution and feedback.
  • 7. Line of Action • A coach is a nurturing and supporting behavior who watches a trainee’s performance closely and improves error. The trainer is concerned with the welfare of the trainee and encourages him/her to asked questions and discussion problem about regular work performance.
  • 8. Part 2:Mentoring • A mentor means an experiences and trusted adviser. Mentoring is an advance form of coaching designed for potential manager, of various levels , its conceptual Skills
  • 9. Mentor Model • Trainee and skillfully shapes him into a future upper-level leader. • The course contents may include interpersonal relation ,decision making, group work ,managements of change, evolution of work and work situation
