Project Objective:
Design a mechanism to demonstrate the application of Theory of Machines – (PE 253)course principles.
The project is based on developing a simulated 3D model for “Can Crusher Mechanism” using SolidWorks then and simulating its motion using MATLAB.
Project Deliverable:
Our team was required to document both the activities performed throughout the project and the application of the mechanism in industry in the form of a Technical Report. The report contains: Brief description of the mechanism function and how it operates _Calculations of the mechanism’ degrees of freedom. _ Position, velocity and acceleration analyses of the mechanism. The calculations, analyses and simulation of the virtual prototype and conclusion. And to present the activities performed throughout the project in the form of a PowerPoint Presentation.
Nowadays the building is designed for glasses, so to clean it labor are recruited. We are making a robot which will clean buildings without much of manual work.
Semi Automatic Glass Cleaning Machine for Dirty Windowsijtsrd
Window panel cleaning makes the building’s architectural glass free from dust and dirt. The traditional way of cleaning office windows cannot be applied to high rise windows with huge sections of glass. Cleaning the windows from outside requires special tools in going up and it’s unsafe. The Window cleaner proposed is a device that would be controlled by using a microcontroller. This device would be safer compared to traditional methods of window cleaning in case of high glass structures that increase the risk of loss of human life. The structure of the proposed device consists of a triangular frame and uses a suction cup based adhesion technique to adhere to the glass surface. The movement of the frame over the glass is done by using special rigging. The frame consists of an automated cleaner which is run by motors and pre programmed microcontrollers. It helps to remove the weeds in narrow spaced crops for small farmers in agriculture. E- HARA is to be affordable with low cost and lighter weight to carry.

the slider crank mechanism is a particular four bar linkage configuration that exhibits both linear and rotational motion simultaneously. This mechanism is frequently utilized in undergraduate engineering courses to investigate machine kinematics and resulting dynamic forces. The position, velocity, acceleration and shaking forces generated by a slider crank mechanism during operation can be determined analytically. Certain factors are often neglected from analytical calculations, causing results to differ from experimental data. The study of these slight variances produces useful insight. The following report details the successful design, fabrication and testing of a pneumatically powered slider crank mechanism for the purpose of classroom demonstration and experimentation. Transducers mounted to the mechanism record kinematic and dynamic force data during operation, which can then be compared to analytical values. The mechanism is capable of operating in balanced and unbalanced configurations so that the magnitude of shaking forces can be compared. The engine was successfully manufactured and operates as intended. Data recorded by the device's accelerometers is comparable to calculated values of acceleration and shaking force.

Introduced gearless power transmission arrangement used for skew shafts. In this transmission system no. of pins or links used must be odd..3,5,7,9…..& centers of any two pins or links hole must not be on that line which represent the diameter of the shaft. If more pins or links used motion will be smoother, but increase in no. of pins or links not at the cost of strength of the shaft. Pins or links are fixed (may be permanent of temporary) in the drilled holes at the both shaft ends due to which motion is transferred. The dimensions of the pins or links and angle for the pins are all given very precisely, holes drilled very accurately.
Proposed arrangement used for skew shafts at any angle & if there is a need we can change the angle between shafts during motion or during intermittent motion with any profile of shafts having rotational motion along its own axis. The Working of this arrangement is very smooth & use very effectively with a very minimum amount of power losses.

Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

heavy mask and send to the furnace for melting so this crushing process is carried
in this machine which is fabricated by our self
Working principle
The total structure is made of mild steel frames in which all the parts are assembled
over it. the machine consist of crank shaft, connecting rod ,slider block, plumer
block, motor ,male die and female, when a motor is switched ON the power is
transmitted from motor to crank shaft via belt , so when crank shaft rotates the
connecting rod will up and down and crushes the can automatically.
