If you're a McRib aficionado, brace for an early Christmas gift: the McDonald's' elusive McRib sandwich returned days ago to a select number of fast
food locations. And, in keeping with the unofficial tradition, the hamburger giant is only offering the tasty cult classic handheld delicacy while supplies
last –– and at a limited number of McDonald's locations. Don't worry, the locations among the winners and losers for the McRib mania are included in
this post. Additionally, an online tool lets you discover exactly where to grab your treasure at McDonald's. http://mcriblocator.com/blog/ According to

http://mentalfloss.com/article/29134/10–meaty–facts–about–mcrib So, what is a McDonald's McRib sandwich? Mental Floss wrote that the popular
sandwich debuted in 1981 as an alternative to the burger. It soon turned into a cultural fixation with a mass following. The demand for the sandwich is
based on a combination of things: it's full of flavor, and because it comes and goes without warning, there's an inherent mystique about it. At a glance,
the McRib looks like an everyday sandwich with pork meat tucked between a buttery toasted bun. McDonald's is mum on its recipe, but sources say the
prized jewel is comprised of a whopping "70 different ingredients, the least innocuous of which are 'pig bits like tripe, heart, and scalded stomach.' Add
in some azodicarbonamide, ammonium sulfate, ethoxylated mono– and diglycerides and ... well, you get the idea."

Ruby Tuesday still has a potential to resurrect its business if it implement appropriate strategies, rebrand its company, and devise more innovative
concepts. It should hire a third party customer survey system to better define the underlying problems and provide a more in–depth guidance for ways
to improve the restaurants to compliant with customers' wants and needs. Some of the most basic changes that Ruby Tuesday should consider are
upscaling its food quality and set a matched price accordingly, training its employees to meet the standard of a quality–oriented brand, and increasing
its social media presence. Nowadays, with the increase use of digital marketing and mobile devices, people would search up restaurants and review
comments online, thus marketing is one of the most critical strategies when reviving a brand. An intermediate measure that shows the revenue increase
by implementing the shrink to greatness strategy is tracking customer reactions by reviewing comments on social media and apps, such as Yelp.
Customer loyalty and retention could be measured by analyzing how frequent a customer returns to the restaurant within a given time period. The
shorter the time between each visit, the more likely Ruby Tuesday would retain that

Restaurant Seasonality Essay
Seasonality of the Restaurant Industry: Friend or Foe? The restaurant industry can be a fickle friend. Business trends directly with the economy and is
linked with a dizzying amount of other factors, enough to make any manager go crazy. Yet at the same time the industry is lucrative and therefore
enticing. The industry has been a contributing factor in the slow recovery from economic recession and is showing growth in sales (Stensson, 2011).
Specifically, the fast food industry if projected to grow at a slightly higher rate of 3.3% over that of the full service industry at 3.1% (Stensson, 2011).

Funding the tourist season faculty can be fickle as well. Many restaurants that rely on snow or sun for the tourist crowd must close down in the off
season while still paying the fixed costs associated with restaurant ownership like rent and utilities (Brumback, 2000). Though tourism in the U.S. is on
the rise in 2011 and 2012 it has a direct link to weather trends and when $1 of every $3 spent in the restaurant industry, according to the National
Restaurant Association, is tourism related the reliance on weather can be huge (Elan, 2011). Obviously restaurants have been able to "weather the
seasons" of food service seasonality. It is not a new topic but a continuous challenge which must be addressed, met, and overcome. But how? Over the
years owners and managers alike have tried several angles in combating seasonal lulls and drops in business. There are five basic areas that seem to
have the most success: seasonal marketing, seasonal menus, seasonal posturing, using holidays or seasonal peaks as targeting opportunity, and brand or
business loyalty. When a corporation recognizes where the seasonal weak points in business are during the year it can use promotions and strategic
marketing to even out inconsistencies in sales. Seasonal menus can be twofold assets due to current customer demands as well as cheaper cost of
production. Seasonal posturing refers to being prepared for high and low seasons by managing staff size and raw

Stigma Within the Fast Food Industry Essay
When working at a fast food restaurant, more often than not it is accompanied with a stigma. People tend to believe that those who work in fast food

I had a firm understanding of what was happening around me, and I was able to perform my job with relative ease.
To explain the how the fast food industry affects the lives of it's employees, I have prepared a set of questions to ask employees who have a
fundamental experience of working in the fast food industry (appendix[i]). I also have a similar set of questions to ask people who have never worked
in the fast food industry (appendix[ii]).
Someone working at a fast–food restaurant is bound to face torment either by their peers, and have the social stain of being viewed as poor or dirty. In a
personal interview with another fast food worker, Whitney said, "...a lot of them [fast food workers] do tend to have that lower class background. Also,
whenever you find adults working in the fast food industry, it generally means they lack an education." A lot of younger adolescents will take jobs at
fast food restaurants because very few places will hire kids when they first get their legal working papers, but fast food restaurants tend to flood their
restaurant with these juvenile employees.
Working in the fast food industry is a differing experience from person to person. The fast food industry is fast paced, customer oriented, and extremely
stressful. In an interview with someone who has never worked in a fast food restaurant, Wade says "[t]he main difference between my job, and that of
fast food, is that I have a greater amount of freedom, and higher rate of pay."

Where do you enjoy eating? That restaurant down the street since it's so close? Or do you drive a little out of the way for good food and fresh
ingredients? Do you go where there is good service? Or do you dine based on your mood and the atmosphere and ambiance?
Typically, consumers go out to eat not only for good food, but we also expect good services, fresh ingredients, proximity, and an atmosphere to match.
My client is The Varsity Club Tavern in Morgantown, WV. Usually just referred to as The Varsity Club, but the tavern part gives a little hint to the

Examples Of Trends And Trends In Restaurants
INTRODUCTION
A task commissioned to observe and analyze trends and existing problems globally in any restaurant industry. Then I have to choose one restaurant and
interview with manager of this entity about the three main issues in his restaurant. After this, I should offer suggestions, which can come up with proper
solutions to these concerns.
TRENDS AND ISSUES IN ANY F&B ENTITIES Many people are willing to run the restaurant business, and the number of individuals is very high.
According to the latest statistics, 60% of restaurants fail within their first 3 years of operations. In addition, other facts signpost that the figure may be
about 90%.
Through extensive market investigation and by talking with the struggling restaurant manager, I have come up with top trends and with the reasons why
restaurants fail.
Restaurants do more than feed us. They make our lives easier. They connect us with our family, friends and colleagues. Restaurants introduce us the
new variety of meal selections. They excite us with the new trends and keep us coming back for more.

The Idea Of Chipotle Company
I. Overview
The idea of Chipotle started with its founder, chairman and co–CEO, Steve Ells. His idea was to offer higher quality food, combined with the speed and
convenience of fast food, giving birth to a new trend: "fast casual". Chipotle offers a focused menu of burritos, tacos, burrito bowls (a burrito without
the tortilla) and salads made from fresh, high–quality raw ingredients, prepared using classic cooking methods and served in a distinctive atmosphere.
Chipotle opened with a single restaurant in 1993, in 1998 McDonald's made an investment that allowed Chipotle to grow from 14 stores to about 500
stores in 7 years. McDonalds was a major contributor to Chipotle's success, notwithstanding McDonalds' decision to divest its stake in 2006, Chipotle
has been able to maintain a robust growth ever since and became a huge success. Today Chipotle operates more than 2,000 restaurants, including 26
Chipotle restaurants outside the US and 14 ShopHouse Southeast Asian Kitchen restaurants, and is an investor in an entity that owns and operates four
Pizzeria Locale restaurants.
One of the success drivers of Chipotle is their emphasis on simplicity and high quality through their vision of Food with Integrity, where they claim to
use the best ingredients that are sustainably grown and raised responsibly. Coupled with the overall social trend of more conscious food consumers
seeking for healthier options, Chipotle's offering seems like the perfect formula for growth.

Hence with higher gross income of households also means that Australians has higher disposable income which allows them to spend more on dining
outside. "In real terms, spending on food has increased 30 percent (over the past 20 years) while incomes have risen 36 percent," according to the
Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry 2012 foodmap report. Thus, this increases the bargaining power of buyers as Australians are able to
spend more on food due to a higher gross household income. A restaurant is characterized by their food standards and service standards. The way how
food is cooked and its taste differs from restaurant to restaurant. The key to success for restaurants is by differentiation from other restaurants. For
example, Manhattan fish market signature dish is their flaming seafood platter whereby their sea–cret agent would flame it up when it is served this.
While in comparison fish n co serves up their fish and chips in different sauces according to the country's favorite sauce such as for Singapore; Chili

he/she would come back again repeatedly. Thus since the product on offer differs from restaurant to restaurant it makes the bargaining power of buyers

Descriptive Essay On Olive Garden
The second place I went to was Olive Garden. My uncle and his family from New Jersey decided to visit us and as a family get together, we arranged a
dinner date at the Italian chain restaurant Olive Garden. To some, Olive Garden is fancy while to others it's casual. Olive Garden has a different
approach than the fast–food restaurants. First, each plate was around 15 dollars, the cost of both my lunch and sister's lunch from Chick–fil–A. Also,
Olive Garden promotes dining in and promotes a family friendly atmosphere. The restaurant wasn't silent, as people chattered with one another, but it
wasn't too loud like a cafeteria. I went dressed in jeans, flats, and a simple blouse. The men and boys in my family all wore jeans and either plain tees or
button downs. The women and girls in my family all wore jeans, nice blouses, and either flats, sandals, or low heels. Everyone else in the restaurant
seemed to be dressed somewhat similar, in clothes that were informal but not too casual. There was a couple, however, that was on a date and were
dressed more formally. The woman was wearing a simple, little black dress and her partner was wearing a button down shirt with slacks. Their choice
to dress up could not as much be influenced by the restaurant but more so by the person they're with and the occasion, whether it be something like an
anniversary dinner or first date. The service was great and convenient as we had a waitress take our order, bring us drinks and food, and clean up

Humanization In Max Weber's The Mcdonaldization Of Society
In our current society, patterns and innovation turn out to be such a vast piece of regular day to day existence that individuals begin to utilize them as
verbs and descriptors. For instance, when's the last time you "Googled" something, "blogged" about a current trek, or saw that another amusement had
been "Facebooked?" George Ritzer essentially did likewise with the fast food eatery McDonald's in his smash hit book, The McDonaldization of
Society. He characterizes McDonaldization as the procedure by which standards of fast food eateries have come to command basically every part of
society.
McDonald's and other fast–food eateries offer a contrasting option to work escalated, home–cooked suppers that have been alluring to occupied
families since the 1950s. Two of their most engaging qualities are comfort and moderateness. These qualities and comparative standards are winding up
progressively vital in all parts of our cutting edge society.
The building square of McDonaldization is Max Weber's idea of legitimization, which is the way toward supplanting customary and enthusiastic idea
with reason and proficiency. Weber trusted that most social orders all through history were represented by convention and that the most noteworthy
pattern in present day humanism is an expanding legitimization of all aspects of our day by day lives. He likewise trusted that defense would proceed
until the point when our general public would turn into an iron enclosure, dehumanizing everybody

Chipotle Case Analysis
Chipotle first opened in 1993 in Denver Colorado with a goal of providing a quick dining experience using fresh, high–quality ingredients. Their
founder, Steve Ells, had launched 16 restaurants in Colorado before McDonalds became its leading investor in 1998. McDonald's bought into the
company for $350 million and helped finance much of the company's rapid growth early on. In the 7 years from 1998 to 2005 Chipotle increased its
locations from 16 to 500. They increased annual revenues from $2.26 billion in 2011 to $2.73 billion in 2012 then again to $3.21 billion in 2013 a
growth of over 42%. From 2006 to 2011 their revenue nearly tripled. During 2014 they saw an increase in same store growth in Q1 of 13.4% followed
by 17.3% growth in Q2 (Edwards 2015). 2011 saw 12 month growth of 11% and their profit margin was nearly 26%, well above industry average.
Chiptole benefited greatly from the fast casual trend in dining. From 1999 to 2005, the fast casual segment of the market has grown by 504% (Ferdman
2015). In 2014 consumers spent over $21 billion in fast causal food and Chipotle was second in market share. This led to a spike in stock prices sending

Explain The Five Dimensions Of Service Quality
Nowadays, customers have been continually aware about quality of service (Soriano, 2002). Service also plays an importance role in a restaurant. A
good service can attract customer purchase in their restaurants. Service quality is usually defined as the customer's judgment of the overall excellence
or superiority of the service to the customer (Zeithaml, 1988). Based on the theory, Parasuraman et al. (1988) developed SERVQUAL to measure
service quality. SERVQUAL consists of five dimensions which are reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and tangibles. Customers evaluate
the service quality based on these 5 distinct dimensions. Firstly the tangibility refers to appearance of physical facilities, equipment, and appearance of
personnel. Reliability indicates ability to perform the promised service dependably and accurately while responsiveness represents the ability to provide
prompt service and willingness to help customers. Besides that, assurance is defined as an employee's knowledge and courtesy and their talent to
provide trust and confidence to the customers. Last but not list is empathy means caring, individualized attention the firm provides to its customers.

service (reliability) to the customers compare to deliver the staff knowledge and courtesy (assurance) in fast food restaurants (Forjoe jnr, 2011). Service

Mongols Bbq
Abstract
Wai–Ling is considering two big changes to his restaurant business. One is the possibility of adding a delivery service or to open a new unit a few
blocks away from the current restaurant (Rao, 2004). Wai–Ling has a variety of challenges with both of these options; marketing, operational issues,
inventory, and financial concerns. I recommended that Wai–Ling starts a delivery service because he would have quicker return on his investment
without much capital needed for start–up. Also Mongol BBQ can increase business without significantly increasing regular operation costs or require
expansion of their facilities.

Mongols BBQ was an Oriental stir–fry "buffet bar" located in California. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The main reason why I am against Wai–Ling opening up another restaurant is the financial aspect of this business venture. I believe Wai–Ling is
underestimating the start–up capital needed to open and run a new restaurant. A large sum of capital is needed to cover leasing a building, hiring and
training new staff, stocking the kitchen, buying furniture, and decorations. Also many new restaurants do not turn a good profit for several months or
years after opening (Jenkins, 2014).
Being the only Oriental restaurant in this new location is not going to enough for Mongol BBQ to be competitive. The restaurants will need to stand out
from the competition, especially since the restaurant will be in an urban area with high competition. Restaurants in heavily populated suburban areas or
major cities face heavy competition, especially small, independent restaurants such as Mongol BBQ. Large, well–known restaurant chains typically
have an easier time drawing in customers, and independent restaurant owners have to work hard to develop their own customer base (Frisch, 2011).
Marketing is an area where Wai–Ling admits has no experience to be competitive in this new location

Neighborhood Profile: Tribeca Sandwiched in bustling Lower Manhattan between the Financial District, SoHo and Chinatown, Tribeca is an upscale
and historic neighborhood with a lot to offer businesses. Though primarily known as a well–off residential community, Tribeca also holds a large
number of commercial and retail businesses. One of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city, its known for its trendy appeal and large collection of

The neighborhood was developed rapidly in the 19th century as an industrial and commercial hub, but fell into decline shortly after World War II.
However, like neighboring SoHo, it was reclaimed by artists in the 1970s and today is known as an affluent residential community with a thriving retail

2.0 descriptions of venture and the innovation 2.1 The descriptions of venture Given the current food outlets in Coffs Harbor, the idea of starting a new
Chinese restaurant which mainly sells the most popular food from south of China has come out. This restaurant will be located in the main street
Harbor Drive. There is a small square where is opposite with the Palm Centre and there are many food outlets located there. Besides, there is a market
on every Thursdays. In the terms of scale, it will be a small sized restaurant and it will provide people with the real Chinese food and some finger food
which are chosen carefully from the cities in south of China. As the size of this restaurant, it only can accommodate a small number of customers. It
encourages people to take away. Therefore, the service staff may be only one or two. This idea not arose by impulse but with thinking about it carefully,
although the business ideas normally arose by entrepreneurs themselves, unanticipated and seemingly by chance from work or hobbies and everyday
observations (Vesper, 1994). If an entrepreneurial venture wants to be successful, it should be underpinned by attractive and well–defined opportunity
which leads to innovation (Kuratko, 2008). The following will show why the idea is innovative. 2.2 Why it is innovative Entrepreneurs who have

  • 1. Mcdonalds Research Paper If you're a McRib aficionado, brace for an early Christmas gift: the McDonald's' elusive McRib sandwich returned days ago to a select number of fast food locations. And, in keeping with the unofficial tradition, the hamburger giant is only offering the tasty cult classic handheld delicacy while supplies last –– and at a limited number of McDonald's locations. Don't worry, the locations among the winners and losers for the McRib mania are included in this post. Additionally, an online tool lets you discover exactly where to grab your treasure at McDonald's. http://mcriblocator.com/blog/ According to the McRib Locator, the sandwich began cropping up at various locations across the country on Oct. 30. As stated on the blog, sites on the map with check marks indicate confirmed sightings. http://mentalfloss.com/article/29134/10–meaty–facts–about–mcrib So, what is a McDonald's McRib sandwich? Mental Floss wrote that the popular sandwich debuted in 1981 as an alternative to the burger. It soon turned into a cultural fixation with a mass following. The demand for the sandwich is based on a combination of things: it's full of flavor, and because it comes and goes without warning, there's an inherent mystique about it. At a glance, the McRib looks like an everyday sandwich with pork meat tucked between a buttery toasted bun. McDonald's is mum on its recipe, but sources say the prized jewel is comprised of a whopping "70 different ingredients, the least innocuous of which are 'pig bits like tripe, heart, and scalded stomach.' Add in some azodicarbonamide, ammonium sulfate, ethoxylated mono– and diglycerides and ... well, you get the idea." ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Ruby Tuesday still has a potential to resurrect its business if it implement appropriate strategies, rebrand its company, and devise more innovative concepts. It should hire a third party customer survey system to better define the underlying problems and provide a more in–depth guidance for ways to improve the restaurants to compliant with customers' wants and needs. Some of the most basic changes that Ruby Tuesday should consider are upscaling its food quality and set a matched price accordingly, training its employees to meet the standard of a quality–oriented brand, and increasing its social media presence. Nowadays, with the increase use of digital marketing and mobile devices, people would search up restaurants and review comments online, thus marketing is one of the most critical strategies when reviving a brand. An intermediate measure that shows the revenue increase by implementing the shrink to greatness strategy is tracking customer reactions by reviewing comments on social media and apps, such as Yelp. Customer loyalty and retention could be measured by analyzing how frequent a customer returns to the restaurant within a given time period. Business trends directly with the economy and is linked with a dizzying amount of other factors, enough to make any manager go crazy. Yet at the same time the industry is lucrative and therefore enticing. The industry has been a contributing factor in the slow recovery from economic recession and is showing growth in sales (Stensson, 2011). When a corporation recognizes where the seasonal weak points in business are during the year it can use promotions and strategic marketing to even out inconsistencies in sales. Chipotle offers a focused menu of burritos, tacos, burrito bowls (a burrito without the tortilla) and salads made from fresh, high–quality raw ingredients, prepared using classic cooking methods and served in a distinctive atmosphere. First, each plate was around 15 dollars, the cost of both my lunch and sister's lunch from Chick–fil–A. Also, Olive Garden promotes dining in and promotes a family friendly atmosphere. The restaurant wasn't silent, as people chattered with one another, but it wasn't too loud like a cafeteria. I went dressed in jeans, flats, and a simple blouse. Everyone else in the restaurant seemed to be dressed somewhat similar, in clothes that were informal but not too casual. There was a couple, however, that was on a date and were dressed more formally. The woman was wearing a simple, little black dress and her partner was wearing a button down shirt with slacks. Their choice to dress up could not as much be influenced by the restaurant but more so by the person they're with and the occasion, whether it be something like an anniversary dinner or first date. Humanization In Max Weber's The Mcdonaldization Of Society In our current society, patterns and innovation turn out to be such a vast piece of regular day to day existence that individuals begin to utilize them as verbs and descriptors. For instance, when's the last time you "Googled" something, "blogged" about a current trek, or saw that another amusement had been "Facebooked?" George Ritzer essentially did likewise with the fast food eatery McDonald's in his smash hit book, The McDonaldization of Society. He characterizes McDonaldization as the procedure by which standards of fast food eateries have come to command basically every part of society. McDonald's and other fast–food eateries offer a contrasting option to work escalated, home–cooked suppers that have been alluring to occupied families since the 1950s. Two of their most engaging qualities are comfort and moderateness. These qualities and comparative standards are winding up progressively vital in all parts of our cutting edge society. The building square of McDonaldization is Max Weber's idea of legitimization, which is the way toward supplanting customary and enthusiastic idea with reason and proficiency. Weber trusted that most social orders all through history were represented by convention and that the most noteworthy pattern in present day humanism is an expanding legitimization of all aspects of our day by day lives. He likewise trusted that defense would proceed until the point when our general public would turn into an iron enclosure, dehumanizing everybody ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 67. Explain The Five Dimensions Of Service Quality Nowadays, customers have been continually aware about quality of service (Soriano, 2002). Service also plays an importance role in a restaurant. A good service can attract customer purchase in their restaurants. Service quality is usually defined as the customer's judgment of the overall excellence or superiority of the service to the customer (Zeithaml, 1988). Based on the theory, Parasuraman et al. (1988) developed SERVQUAL to measure service quality. SERVQUAL consists of five dimensions which are reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and tangibles. Customers evaluate the service quality based on these 5 distinct dimensions. Firstly the tangibility refers to appearance of physical facilities, equipment, and appearance of personnel. Reliability indicates ability to perform the promised service dependably and accurately while responsiveness represents the ability to provide prompt service and willingness to help customers. Besides that, assurance is defined as an employee's knowledge and courtesy and their talent to provide trust and confidence to the customers. Last but not list is empathy means caring, individualized attention the firm provides to its customers. According to (Andaleeb & Conway, 2006) , among the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Everyone has stories about the moments that have changed their lives, for better or for worse. These moments are etched into our mind, haunting our dreams. These moments can be big or small, but they are equally important to the person we become. One of the most significant moments in my life is when I got my tonsils out. It is one of the simplest operations there is, a procedure that nearly all people have performed on them, but it scarred me for life. It also made my life much easier. The operation to take out my tonsils gave me an eternal fear of surgeries, it helped keep me healthy, and it brought me closer ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... "Five." I wasn 't sure what it was, but I was too scared to ask. After a few minutes, I was told to sit still while the nurse covered my mouth with the mask. She told me that once my whole mouth was covered I had to inhale deeply. Then she put the mask over my mouth. Once my face was all covered with the mask, I inhaled the sweet tasting gas just like I was told. I thought about how good it tasted, then I thought about nothing. Suddenly, I woke up. It was daytime, and I was in a hospital room. The T.V was on and Chance was eating food, lunch I assumed. The strange part was that it wasn't real food; all he had to eat was jello, yogurt, pudding, and ice cream. Just then my mother walked into our room. "How do you feel?" She asked. I began to say fine, but it never came out. I grabbed the bowl that was next to me and threw up. My mom ran to the bathroom to retrieve a cup of water for me. She came back and gave me the water. Then she took the bowl to the bathroom and cleaned it out. "Mom," I asked when she got back. "Why did I throw up blood?" • 71. Mongols Bbq Abstract Wai–Ling is considering two big changes to his restaurant business. One is the possibility of adding a delivery service or to open a new unit a few blocks away from the current restaurant (Rao, 2004). Wai–Ling has a variety of challenges with both of these options; marketing, operational issues, inventory, and financial concerns. I recommended that Wai–Ling starts a delivery service because he would have quicker return on his investment without much capital needed for start–up. Also Mongol BBQ can increase business without significantly increasing regular operation costs or require expansion of their facilities. Mongols BBQ Mongols BBQ was an Oriental stir–fry "buffet bar" located in California. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The main reason why I am against Wai–Ling opening up another restaurant is the financial aspect of this business venture. I believe Wai–Ling is underestimating the start–up capital needed to open and run a new restaurant. A large sum of capital is needed to cover leasing a building, hiring and training new staff, stocking the kitchen, buying furniture, and decorations. Also many new restaurants do not turn a good profit for several months or years after opening (Jenkins, 2014). Being the only Oriental restaurant in this new location is not going to enough for Mongol BBQ to be competitive. The restaurants will need to stand out from the competition, especially since the restaurant will be in an urban area with high competition. Restaurants in heavily populated suburban areas or major cities face heavy competition, especially small, independent restaurants such as Mongol BBQ. Large, well–known restaurant chains typically have an easier time drawing in customers, and independent restaurant owners have to work hard to develop their own customer base (Frisch, 2011). Marketing is an area where Wai–Ling admits has no experience to be competitive in this new location ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Besides, there is a market on every Thursdays. In the terms of scale, it will be a small sized restaurant and it will provide people with the real Chinese food and some finger food which are chosen carefully from the cities in south of China. As the size of this restaurant, it only can accommodate a small number of customers. It encourages people to take away. Therefore, the service staff may be only one or two.
