The team presented their design thinking process to address the challenge of reimagining the student induction experience. They identified problems new students face such as meeting people, registering, and navigating campus. Through empathy interviews and mapping, they gained insights and redefined their question to focus on helping international students navigate campus. Their ideation generated prototypes like a campus map with color zones and pathways and a take me there app. They tested the prototypes and received feedback as part of the design thinking process to improve the student induction experience.
