ā€¢ Principles in good trading arrangements include the idea that
nations and companies have their own economic circumstances
upon which they derive benefits that are composed differently than
they are organized by their trading partner. They should not
encumber the trade by any derivative knowledge.
ā€¢ The Green Motors Group (bigAuto Maker constituency) has its own
frame of glass organization and considers hyD may be worth 60+B
to them. But they also know they need to invest a certain sum in
training and equipment that helps them break-even on the purchase
price.
ā€¢ It will take hyD 5 years to recover their earnback within the cost-
benefit relationship of Magi & Marcus. They most likely have a
different equation on their side of the spectrum; however, 5 years is
an acceptable recovery. Magi & Marcus had absorbed this cost in
hosting the division, and it is part of the Purchase Price.
ā€¢ At their size and rate, Green Motors Group would have invested two
to three times that amount in raising up the hyD division, and this
method of hosting the glass car testing, componentization and
syncopation requirements supplied a benefit to their overall
arrangement.The hyD team wants their own car model and Green

views for a share in a proprietary model.

12 bilateral arrangements with various partners and affiliates. What do they need to do?
1. They need a transfer agency, that can record and setup a public trade on the securitized
tasking that will also result from pursuing the long-term planning strategy; they need a
ā€˜go-publicā€™ delivery date and a media arrangement.
2. They need a simulations team to take hold of the dynamics of this arrangement early and
begin documenting and delivering the Media motility that prospers its outcome.
3. This becomes a new segment of the Plan and delivers a new series of gated strategies for
the outcome of each event. This is where STREAMING MEDIA begins to host much of the
requirement for prospering work.
4. The entire Media Industry becomes transformed within this requirement.
