3. Major Depression & Details
• Major Depression is an illness that involves the body, mood, and
thoughts.
• It affects the way a person eats and sleeps, the way one feels about
oneself, and the way one thinks about things.
• In U.S.A there are 14 and 15 million people affects with it & at any
one time 6 to 10 percent of the whole population is clinically
depressed.
• Female to male ratio is 2:1.
• After analyzing 8 different country’s information we know that
Major Depression rate increased In every year.

1. DEPRESSED MOOD 2. ANHEDONIA
3. SLEEP DISTURBANCE
4. SUICIDALITY

5. Conclusion
• People suffering from major depression may fell useless , worthless
and lonely may despair over the future.
• It may last month or even years .
