4. Spinning finishing machinery
 RING SPINNING & WINDING MACHINES
 The Savio Polar E is an innovative automatic winder featuring automatic bobbin feeding
and package doffing. With the flexible, reliable, and easy-to-use Polar E winding machine,
ring spinning frame bobbins are loaded into the hopper box and placed on the Flexitray
(peg) for transfer to the preparation station. These automatic feeding features ensure
efficient, high-quality performance with minimal operator intervention.

5. • Dyeing finishing machinery
 High pressure cheese dryer
 Drying of cheese and warp beams. Thanks to increased air flow and the mist separator
effect (complete separation of airborne water particles), dyeing is rapid and even.
Furthermore, the double blower configuration offers a choice among connected,
parallel or independent operation, and provides high efficiency drainage and drying.
Effective thread types and winding densities may be selected.
Upon request, small/pair dryers are also available.
Hisaka original pair dryers are available. (Ex: 200 kg + 50 kg, 200 kg + 100 kg) Sluice
valves allow for individual or even triple drying.

6. Dyeing finishing machinery
 Rolling Machine
 1. The products have double mixing roller vertical. Group A: the upper
roller is mirror heating roller, and the lower is soft roller; Group B, the upper
roller is soft roller, and lower is normal mirror roller.

7. 2. The width of the products are 1,800mm, 2,000mm, 2,200mm, 2,400mm, 2,600mm,
2,800mm, 3,000mm, 3,200mm, 3,400mm, and 3,600mm.
3. The running speed of the product is 5-70m/min.
4. The max pressure between rollers is 60T,80T,100T and 120T.
5. The working temperature of mirror roller is lower than 220 Degrees Celsius, and the
soft roller is lower than 100 Degrees Celsius.
