RU FABRIC LIFTING SYSTEM
   Rotated U fabric lifting system.
   Minimizes slippage b/w fabric lifter
    reel to produce a good fabric surface
    finish.
   Lifter reel provides all the lifting
    power needed to ensure the fabric in
    running at approximately the same
    speed as the fabric.
   In addition, the guide roller enables
    the fabric to be transported into the
    nozzles in the most orderly manner.
DELICATE JET NOZZLE
   Designed for the most gentle
    fabric treatment and optimum
    dyestuff fabric interchange.
   The nozzle provides better liquid
    penetration into the fabric
    material where the fabric is
    completely immerse in liquid.
   This allow the fabric to float
    through the nozzle tube in a very
    relaxed condition and the
    reduced pilling effect.
TWINFLOW CONCEPT




   World wide patented fabric transport and storage system.
   TSF enhance the fabric transport efficiency at lower water pressure…?
   To achieve this water flow rate is equally distributed b/w the two
    overflow outlets.
CONTD…
   As a result, the actual water pressure on the fabric is approximately ¼ for
    the same given speed on a single flow nozzle.
   Achieved by the fabric coming into contact with the liquor at the two
    different point along its path assisting in the fabric movement.
   The natural deceleration of the fabric after its exit from the first overflow
    is eliminated as the fabric reaches the second flow.
   This is the reason how the higher fabric transport rate can be achieved
    through lower water pressure.
   This leads to significant reduction in the mechanical abrasion.

UPPER TANGLING RELEASED DEVICE
   When there is upper tangling the
    device will immediately stop the
    circulation pump and lifter reel will
    reverse its direction until the fabric
    tangling is released.
   With this automation device in most
    circumstances the machine operator
    can solve the tangling problem
    without having to open the service
    door or to manually operate any
    control botton.
LIQUID SEPARATING AND FABRIC PLAITING DEVICE

   The SEPLA system consists of a
    fabric conplaiter which enables the
    dye liquid be separated from the
    fabric and returned to the circulation
    system.
   It improves the bath turnover rate
    and leads to an even color shade.
   Since, only a minimal dye liquid will
    enter the storage chamber, it will
    help to avoid the fabric pilling and
    also increase the batch capacity.
ELBOW PLAITING SYSTEM
   Correct storage of fabric is one of the most important element in reducing
    tension and creasing of the fabric.
   Ensuring smooth, tangle free operation throughout the dye cycle.
   Unique plaiting system has been developed and patented.
   Perfect storage of the fabric utilizing entire width of the box.
   Eliminates blind spot.
LIQUOR BY-PASS SYSTEM
   Automatic surplus liquor by-pass.
   Channel the liquid away from the
    box.

SPEED SYSTEM

   The fabric speed in fabric lifting system and fabric plaiting
    speed are synchronized to ensure and orderly fabric plaiting
    across the full width of the storage chamber to maximize the
    batch capacity while reducing the chance of fabric tangling.
