M-learning uses mobile technologies like phones, PDAs, and laptops to administer education. It can provide a bridge between teaching methods, complement existing education, and expand audiences by taking learning to the learner. M-learning offers accessible, self-paced learning convenient to lifestyles, and can re-engage learners. However, challenges include lack of face-to-face interaction and integrating it into blended learning, while understanding limitations and promoting its cost-effectiveness. Recommendations are for distance learning in remote areas, with mobile-savvy users, and for non-complex learning and memos broadcasting.
