AN OVERVIEW OF CLOUD COMPUTING FOR E-LEARNING WITH ITS KEY BENEFITSijistjournal
Education is a necessary human virtue and essential for society because it reflects the personality of the human being in our society. The effective way of teaching gives the quality of education and advance learning such as e-learning to the learners and also a high quality of teaching to the tutors. Information Technology (IT) plays a significant role in field of education. Now days, E-learning and M-learning have become very popular trends of the education technology riot. E-Learning is the new tool related to the virtualized distance learning by means of electronic communication mechanisms, specifically the Internet to enhance the traditional learning system. An E-learning system generally needs a lot of software and hardware resources. Today, many educational institutions cannot afford such investments and environments therefore cloud computing is the finest solution. The Cloud Computing environment rises swiftly as a natural platform to provide support to e-Learning systems. Hence, this paper presents the impact on using cloud computing for e-learning which contains an innovative environment resulting from both virtual and personal learning environments. This paper introduces concepts of e-learning and cloud computing infrastructure with their key benefits.
Technological development have altered the way we communicate, learn, think, share, and spread information. Mobile technologies are those that make use of wireless technologies to gain some sort of data. As mobile connectedness continues to spread across the world, the value of employing mobile technologies in the arena of learning and teaching seems to be both self-evident and unavoidable The fast deployment of mobile devices and wireless networks in university campuses makes higher education a good environment to integrate learners-centered m-learning . this paper discusses mobile learning technologies that are being used for educational purposes and the effect they have on teaching and learning methods.

4. INTRODUCTION
Educational technology refers to the application of physical science and engineering technology to provide mechanical or electromechanical tools instrumentation or hard ware, which can be used for instructional purpose. It places as much stress on educational ideas as on technological inventions largely because it accepts that fundamental advances usually come from the interaction of changing concepts leading the new ways of looking at things with changing techniques leading to new ways of doing things m-learning is the part of educational technology
The concept of mobile learning goes right back to the 19075 when companies such as lingua phone started releasing recordings of language lessons that could be listened to at the learners convenience. The term m-learning is a much more recent modification motivated by mobile communications technology and modeled on expressions such as e- learning which refers more generally to learning and teaching supported by computers and other electronic devices

5. MOBILE LEARNING
In the term m-learning m stands for mobile and the same concept is also often simply referred to as mobile learning. M-learning is any kind of learning that takes place via a portable hand-held electronic device. Though the term immediately conjures up images of smart phones, it in facts also refers to learning via other kind of mobile devices, such as tablet computers, net books and digital readers. M-learning can take place any where and any time responding to the needs of an always on society by providing learners with materials and resources that they can access wherever and wherever they chose. As well as giving the learner new freedoms, it also increases the flexibility of teachers and instructors M-learning is often viewed as a competent of a learning programme, something that supports the learning process as an add-on tool, rather than being the principal learning method. In M-learning learning takes place by a combination and web based resources.
What is Mobile learning?
Mobile learning is the ability to obtain or provide educational content on personal pocket device such as PDAS, smart phones and mobile phones. Educational content refers to digital learning assets which includes any form of content or media made available on a personal device.
Mobile learning using had held computers is in its infancy in terms of both technologies and pedagogies. As a result there is still some dispute amongst industry advocates in how mobile learning should be defined in terms of devices and techno logies, interms of the mobility of learners and the mobility of learning and in terms of the learners experience of learning with mobile devices.

6. How is that different from e-learning
E-learning has come to define any dissemination of educational knowledge over the internet. This makes e-learning a subset of technology based training. It also incorporates a number of learning activities conducted on the internet of which mobile learning is one part many authors view mobile learning simply as the natural evolution of e- learning which compete a missing component such as the wireless feature or as a new stage of distance and e-learning.
Features of m-learning
SAAS Capabilities
m-learning can be deployed in the “software as a service” format ensuring any time, anywhere accessibility.
Browser based AMS
The assessments can be browser based
Web 2.0 tools
m-learning makes available all the web 2.0 tools to the learner, thus enriching his learning experience. Learners can used the wiki, discussion forums, RSS feeds and pod casts.
Flexible learning spaces
m-learning space can be configured in the open, content based or profile based formats.
Useful information at hand for students.
Students can access useful information such as daily classes and assessments exam results and career alerts, as well as the instructors for clarifications. The two way SMS enables on topics and offer lecture feedback.
