Drink lots of water




Drink lots of water. Your metabolism gets boosted when you drink more water;
and it drops if you get dehydrated. Drinking proper amount of water helps your
liver to breakdown fats in to energy more efficiently. So never let yourself go
dehydrated. Drink enough water; drink it even before you feel thirsty. If you get the
sensation of thirst, you are already dehydrated. Keep yourself hydrated always by
drinking adequate water at frequent intervals of time.



Diet effectively



Eat right to get your dream slim thighs. Reduce your calorie intake to 1400 to 1800 calories per
day to have an effective losing of thigh fat. Avoid foods that are highly processed. Better take
foods that are natural instead. You can take lavish amounts of fresh fruits and vegetables daily. It
is recommended that your fruit and vegetable intake should be at least 5 servings per day. They
do not add any extra fat to your body, and are absolutely nutritious. You will be only doing more
good to your body by consuming fresh fruits and vegetables. Eat your food slowly, tasting every
single bite, and stop before you feel full. Your head receives the message that your stomach is
full a little later. So stop your eating beforehand so that you do not overload your stomach.
Take frequent smaller meals than taking three big meals a day. When you eat small meals often,
your metabolic rate is increased and thus the calories that you burn are higher than what you
usually burn with larger meals.
Exercises to lose thigh fat

   1. Jumping Rope

   2. Jumping rope is a good thigh exercise which also serves as both warming up and cooling
      down tool before and after exercising. In the jogging pace, alternately jump across the
      rope as you tum the rope forward. Keep your knees slightly bent and your back straight
      during these movements. As you expertise in this exercise, you can start using both of
your legs simultaneously to jump across the rope instead of using the regular pace.
       Aerobic exercises

   3. Biking, walking, swimming, bicycling, rowing, jogging and hiking are good forms of
      aerobic exercises that help you trim your thighs and your entire body. For your exercises
      to prove more effective, practice them in standing position. Like for example, stand up
      while you bicycle and pedal faster. In case of swimming, when you do a down stroke,
      paddle more with your legs when you go over with strokes. Jogging for 3 to 4 times a
      week is advisable. While you jog, start by jogging slowly for 30 seconds and then do it
      faster. You can also walk briskly in between your jogs. Alternatively jog and walk for up to
      30 minutes, thrice a week. Squats

   4. Stand straight with your feet distanced shoulder width apart. Breathe deeply as you bend
      your knees, while making sure that you do not stretch your knees beyond your toes. Do
      this till your thighs come parallel to the ground. Now breathe out as you get back to your
      initial position. Perform squats thrice a week. You may begin by using your own body
      weight as the resistance for the initial three weeks of your squat exercises. Lying leg
      curls
   5. Lie on your abdomen with your face down on a hamstring machine, hold the hand grips,
      and keep your feet on the weights that are attached. Breathe in while you curl up the
      weight carefully as you move your feet in the direction of your butt. Do this for 10 times
      and then relax. After this you can repeat it several times in batches of ten. Do not let your
      buttock to curve upward when you the weight to your back. This lying leg curl workout
      exercises your hamstrings in order to burn thigh fat. Standing leg curl
   6. Stand up straight, and let you feet be placed at a distance of shoulder's width from each
      other. Move your left foot in a move to touch your buttocks. Do this again and again until
      you become almost exhausted. You can use machines at gym to have an additional
      resistance when you exercise. Wearing ankle weights will also provide increased

This good morning exercise makes you bend your body in the shape of a bow. Stand straight
while placing your feet close to each other. Keep your knees straight and bend your body down
from your waist so that your body is bent in the shape of a bow. Slant yourself a little forward so
