Why?
For the advert I only need to take one image. I will take this image in the afternoon at 16:00 because I need the
sun to be in the image so it creates a relaxing and summer effect when taking the picture of the field.
I will take the image on the 7th of April. This is because I will need time to edit the image and put it on my advert
for the Klashed campaign and by taking the image in April this will allow time before the festival is set to take
place in July.

Why?
The shot type I need is a long shot. This is because ei need to include as much of the field as I can in the image
because it is meant to represent the a summer field so the image needs to have a large amount of the field in it.
The only equiment I will need is my mobile phone. This is because I will be takign the image on my phone so
that I do not need to take the tripod and camera to the field which couldrisk it breaking.
The sun will serve as natural lighting ofr my image as I need to have lgiht from the sky to reflect the summer
feeling in the image, this is important because the festival will take place in summer and this poster has to
reflect that.
I will take the image on my own because it is not of a person/people, it is of the enviroment/landscape so this
can be conducte don my own.

There was no permission needed to be made because Epsom Downs (where I took the photo) is open to the
public for public visitation and photographs. This made the image taking easier for me because I did not need to
wait for a reply from someone in order to take images at Epsom Downs, I could just go and complete my task.

Why?
The risks I needed to consider for taking the images were slippery mud, weather and the road traffic. The
weather was sunny which is the weather that I needed for this image and the ground was dry with no mud. The
road was the biggest risk because of traffic and the cars were a danger. To avoid this risk I took the image far
into epsom downs away from the road.
