2. Personal Information Ada is a beautiful child that was born on April 17th, 1999. She has 12 years old and she attends Atilia Mata Freses Elementary Public School in Limón, Costa Rica. She is in fifth grade with a curricular accommodation of first grade level.

3. Parents Her mother, Heilyn Mora Rosales is a teacher who works in Valle la Estrella District. Her father, René Díaz López is a bus driver, usually he takes care of her needs as well as her brothers’ own.

4. Siblings José Fernando, her eldest brother, is 10 years old and he is in fourth grade. Dayrin is her youngest sister, she is 7 years old and is in second grade. They attend the same school and love each other.

5. My Home, full of Love ! They live in Pacuare Nuevo ward in a beautiful house, with it’s necessary arrangements for the family.

9. Health Conditions She loves eating junk food which is very harmful for her health. She suffers with obesity problems for the age she has.

14. Linguistic Description Everyone has a learning style according to their background, genes, family accommodations and so on. Teachers need to take it in account and plan in that atmosphere.

16. Additional Information Ada linguistic performance is acceptable in the listening area. At home, she usually with patience does the works assign for her and present them to me at school.
