p.m. The performances was based on two trios. One in B flat major, Op. 97 ( Archduke ) by Ludwig
Van Beethoven, and A minor, Op. 50 ( In Memory of a Great Artist ) by Piotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
Lynn Harrell, is a well known Cello player who has toured in many places like Australia, New
Zealand, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and many more places around the United
States (U.S.). Anne Sophie Mutter, who is known for being one of the greatest violinists for over 35
years, has won four time Grammy Awards with Deutsche Grammophon, for their outstanding
collaboration. Yefim Bronfman, Piano, has also been nominated for a Grammy Award for his Deutsche
Grammophon recording in 2009.

The U.S government has been actively involved in overseeing emission standards for years. This
corresponds with the statement made by the U.S Department of transportation that, Transportation is
the largest end use sector emitting CO2 , and also the statement released by the NRCAN in which,

Lipstick Killer. The screenplay was written by Casey Robinson and loosely follows the book The
Bloody Spur, written by Charles Einstein. By using gender criticism as a critical approach to
analyzing, I hope to show, as authors Kennedy and Gioia state in Literature: An Introduction to
Fiction, Poetry, and Drama, how the images of men and women in imaginative literature , in this case,
film, reflect the social forces that have historically kept the sexes from achieving total equality . The
book by Einstein tells the story of William George Heirens, the man accused of the murders of two
women and one young girl in 1945 and 1946. He was known as the Lipstick Killer because he wrote a
message with lipstick on the wall of his second victim s apartment. He eventually confessed to the
murders and spent 65 years in prison, Chicago s longest serving inmate. He died in 2012 at the age of
83; ill with diabetes and in a wheelchair. Years earlier he had recanted his confession and stated that he

In this essay I am going to discuss confidentiality. The common law of confidentiality says that people
have a right to expect that information given to a healthcare professional is only used for the reason it
was given but also that it will not be disclosed without permission (The nursing times, no date). The
important concept is of trust, without which no relationship can develop or be sustained between a
patient and a nursing practitioner.
Baillie and Black (2015. p27) stated that in practice, confidentiality is a legal obligation derived from
statute law and case law and it will also usually be included in the contract of employment as a nurse,
with a specific link to disciplinary procedures if breached. Although it is important that a nurse makes
sure that the information they share is legitimate, this is not absolute as there are a number of
exceptions. The Data Protection Act(1998) states that a nurse must inform the patient of the
circumstances under which their information will be shared and that this is necessary in order for the
best treatment to be given. According to the NMC(2010), all nurses must respect individual rights to
confidentiality and keep information secure and confidential in accordance with the law and relevant
ethical and regulatory frameworks, taking account of local protocols. They must also actively share
personal data with others when interest of safety and protection override the need for confidentiality.

It seems we have lost the ability to innovate. We do not think the way we used to; we do not invent
new concepts or ideas, rather we just adapt ideas of the past. Our thinking now a day is very limited to
what we have already created.
Google s definition of innovating, make changes in something established, esp. by introducing new
methods, ideas, or products, suggests that innovation is now just development of an old idea. In this

Alcohol experimentation increases from 6 to 17 percent between the fourth and sixth grades
In addition to the above pattern of actual use, a time bomb of skepticism and disregard exists in the
value system of today s adolescent peer group. Researchers report disbelief among adolescents
regarding physiological and psychological dangers associated with substance use.
Peer group disapproval of alcohol and other drug use is also decreasing. That is to say, the teens who
use and abuse alcohol and other drugs are feeling quite bulletproof. Those peers who are non users
confront abusers less frequently now about both their behaviors and beliefs.
The picture painted is not a pretty one. Teens are experimenting with and abusing addictive substances
in epidemic proportion, and their primary frame of reference other adolescents are reinforcing this
behavior. The best prevention efforts of schools and communities have not significantly impacted
alcohol and other drug use or the belief system that supports continued use for this population.
Compounding all of the above is the impact of managed care on treatment opportunities for those
teens needing traditional inpatient rehabilitation treatment and reasonable aftercare follow through. As
late as the early 90s, traditional inpatient treatment for substance abuse was 28 days with a significant
aftercare component that allowed for involvement of family as well as teen in treatment.

Homer s mum loves him very much and supports him. She pushes him to learn more about rocketry

In Geoffrey Chaucer s The Canterbury Tales, various people band together to go on a pilgrimage from
England to Canterbury. Their aim is to see a shrine of St Thomas Beckett, the revered Archbishop of
Canterbury who had reportedly healed others when they were ill. The pilgrims have a variety of
occupations and are divided fairly evenly amongst the three estates (clergy, nobility, and commoners).
The pilgrims who are members of the clergy are ironically depicted as the least moral, compared to the
nobility and the commoners, creating a negative view of those who are leaders in the Church. The
members of the clergy also spend their time wandering, metaphorically demonstrating their

However, he works hard, both for God and for his community, and he lives happily. The Plowman is
also one of the most pious pilgrims. According to Chaucer, God loved he best with al his hoole herte
(GP 533). He also gives money to the church, demonstrating both his religiousness and his
charitability, which is especially notable given his own poverty. In addition to the Plowman s
religiousness, he lives a simple life, evidenced by his wearing of a tabard (a simple sleeveless shirt
worn by the lower class) and the fact that he rides on a mare. Similarly to the Knight and the Squire,
the Plowman is the ideal member of his estate, the peasantry.
The Friar, Prioress, Monk, and Pardonner are the members of the clergy (the first estate) on the
pilgrimage. The most corrupt of these is the Friar. He has the power to give confession, and he gives it
easily, because those who have repented are more likely to give him donations. The Friar wanders
around and becomes wealthy because of these donations. Chaucer also says that the Friar knows all of
the barmaids in town, implying that he likely goes out drinking frequently, a habit that is not Christian
like. The Prioress also doesn t exemplify an ideal religious leader. While at first, the Prioress might
appear kindhearted and moral, Chaucer adds in little descriptions to give the reader an odd impression
of her. She s so concerned with attempting to be upper class, demonstrated by her knowledge
