What are Life Skills
Life skills have defined as “the abilities for adaptive
and positive behavior that enable individuals to
deal effectively with the demand and challenges
of everyday life” WHO 1997
Life Skills
Life skills includes psychosocial competencies
and interpersonal skills that help people make
informed decisions , solve problems , thinks
critically and creatively , communicate effectively
, build healthy relationships , empathize with
others ,and cope with managing their lives in a
healthy and productive manner
