The Main Causes Of The Woes Of Math Anxiety
The Woes of Math Anxiety Math anxiety is the phenomenon that affects may people, causing them to
feel anxiety or stress when faced with anything related to math. Math anxiety can potentially affect
anyone with the condition at any point in their lives, but it is most prominent within the classroom, as
that is when the math is the most stressful. Three of the main causes of math anxiety are: public
exposure, the influence of teachers, and time deadlines (Curtain Phillips, 2017). Once the causes are
fully understood, a method to overcome them can be created. Firstly, it is important to understand
when someone is suffering from math anxiety. Some symptoms are: passive behavior, a feeling of
being alone, a lack of confidence and panic during tests (Oxford 2017). ( In complete paragraph)
Public exposure refers to a student being publicly wrong, such as when called upon a by a teacher to
answer a question. This can lead to many students, especially those with math anxiety to not speak up
during class as to not make a fool of themselves. Sometimes in even worse cases, a student has been
reprimanded or scolded by a teacher in the past which would cause them to become weary or even
scared of answering a question in class (Oxford 2017). The best way to overcome this issue would be
with positive reinforcement. Placing great focus on their success while keeping criticisms of their
failure constructive gives the student the message that it is ok to be wrong, as no one is correct every

Essay about Raymond Carver s Boxes
Raymond Carver s Boxes There are many types of relationships, though all are complicated and both
parties of the relationship must bend over backward for one another. In Boxes, Carver shows how
difficult it is for the son to cope with bringing closure to his mother s relationship though he still loves
her. The mother moves to be near her son; however, she starts packing to move again a while later; not
finding the relationship she once had with her son. Through the short story Boxes, Raymond Carver
makes evident the difficulties of bringing closure to a relationship.
From the mother s point of view, Carver displays the closure of their relationship when he describes
how the mother moved to where her son lived, only to have ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

But she never received it. All along she was trying to hint to her son she wanted to stay, but to no
avail. She waits six months and the son does not make any inferences or hints he wants her to stay. So
she decides to pack up her belongings and move back to where she started from. As Carver shows how
difficult it is for the mother to close that special mother son relationship they once had, and how long
it takes for her to finally move on.
Next, the mother infers that the closure of their relationship is due to the son not wanting to spend any
time with her. But instead he spends time with his girlfriend Jill and leaves the phone off the hook.
She even says, I don t know anywhere to go here. There are people back in California. I ve got friends
there who care what happens to me. Nobody gives a damn here (414). Concluding her own son does
not care what happens to her. The son just hangs the phone up not knowing what to say or how to
respond to her. So the mother feels like she has lost the relationship with her son because he does not
spend as much time with her as when he was her little boy. But she feels that he is always off with Jill
or doing some other activity, ignoring her, and that their relationship has completely deteriorated, not
grown, which is difficult for her to deal with. As a result, she decides

The Credibility Of Action Research In A Short Film
The majority of research was conducted through productive interviews. With limited worthwhile
information existing online, the internet proved to be unreliable and an insufficient source of
information, due to information being brief in most articles and only basic information existing. As
interviews proved to have greater credibility, useful and reliable information, a majority of key
findings were derived from interview sources. As a means of ensuring the credibility of research
action research was conducted through the making of a short documentary which gave support to
unequivocal findings made during interviews. During the production of the film information which
seemed untrustworthy or unrealistic was detected through the action research, ... Show more content

With additional research the film could have been to the standard of a professional filmmaker and the
final film could have been finalised at a much higher quality. As the research focused on production of
a short film, the outcome format is ideal for aspiring filmmakers, due to the structure of the film
following that of a short film. The film gives brief and precise overviews of major topics which are
most important in the production of a short film. Each scene is brief and gives insight into each stage
of the filmmaking process and the processes involved. To ensure the establishment of the film s
messages, each finding is placed into an individual scene with concise and precise information.
Through the use of action research the credibility of the film is made apparent, with obvious
knowledge of filmmaking being presented. The key findings were made apparent through the use of
red text which indicated to the audience of the key finding. Key findings were limited in the duration
of their presentation. This resulted in each key finding only consisting of a single scene in which the
finding is concisely explained. Variations in findings resulted in some scenes being shortened due to
amount of information. Although key findings with less supportive evidence was emphasised to assert
importance. Weaker key findings

Parenting As A Blended Family
Parenting in A Blended Family The family dynamics in Max Apple s Stepdaughters and Amy Tan s A
Pair of Tickets displays some of the issues that parents, stepparents and teenagers may or may not
experience. A mother s relationship with her children has a very unique connection, especially when it
comes our daughters. Being a mother or stepmother is a problematical and rewarding experience:
nevertheless, a mother s love is unconditional. How do you except someone for his or her choices on
being different? Is it easier for a step parent to see things more clearly that the biological parent?
Every family has its issues. When it s a blended family with mothers, fathers, stepchildren and other
family member, those issues can become more complex to understand. There are so many aspects that
make the core of a family. For example, from different lifestyles, religion, to positive and negative
reinforcement from our parents to raising respectable teenagers. There are differences in attitudes from
teenagers with biological parents and stepparents. With biological parents the relationship may have
some problems, but nothing can compare to what a stepparent has to endure and try to overcome these
obstacles if it possible. In Amy Tan s A Joy Luck Club, Jing mei feels the pressure of having to fill her
mother s shoes from other family members when her mother dies. Jing mei is forced into old customs
and close minded habits which causes her to lose interest and break away from her

Moral Principles In Dave And Mike s Twin Boy

think of their dog first and help him get exercise. Teaching children about their own moral identity

someone else. Making them take care of the dog now will only make them willingly later in life to do

recently hired consultant for ACME Global Consulting to procure requirements for a large database.
In this scenario, Logical Design, Part 1 , I will develop a database management systems to convince a
set of clients of the benefits of using the Entity Relationship model (E R) in developing a database.
In addition, my management would like the following points addressed in my design: (1). List the
advantages of a relational model specific to ACME Global Consulting. (2). Summarize the purpose of
an Entity Relationship Model (E R) specific to ACME Global Consulting. (3). List and describe

Next, I will address the advantages of a relational model specific to ACME Global Consulting. Since
Acme Global Consulting is a leader in providing software development solutions to other companies,
they need to have an in depth knowledge of their clients functional and data needs. Therefore, a
relational model can provide great benefits such as: (1). Conceptual simplicity: the model is very
simple and helps to simplify data needs of their clients, (2). Design implementation: the model will
help the company to achieve structural and data independence i.e. any changes if made to structure of
data will not affect accessibility of data, and (3) Ad hoc capability of query implementation: relational
model provides a very easy and flexible way of data implementation and manipulation. In addition, a
relational model helps to organize data in form of tables. A relational model is composed of three main
components: (1), a set of domains and sets that represents data structure, (2). Integrity rules, which
ensures data protection, and (3). Operations that will be carried on data i.e. process of data
manipulation. The experts on relational models say that it is the most widely used and most evolved
method of organizing data Today, all major database management systems assume that you will be
working in some manner with the relational model (Date, 2012, p.

Hockey Vs Ice Hockey
The complete athlete: A comparative essay of ice hockey and football. Playing sports and watching
sports is a common American pastime. Many hours of young Americans are spend playing sports. Two
of these common sports are football and ice hockey. It is the desire of all young athletes to reach the
NFL (National Football League) or the NHL (National Hockey League) in their sport. Football is
played on a hundred yard field in four quarters of 15 minutes each, totaling 60 minutes of play. Each
football team has eleven players on the field at a time, these players play different positions on the
field. NFL team play sixteen games in a season during a seventeen week season. Ice hockey is played
on a two hundred foot ice rink. Each team has six players on the ice including a goalie. Ice hockey is
played for three twenty minute periods. NHL teams play eighty two games in a season. While Football
and Ice Hockey are similar that both games last sixty minutes they differ greatly in the number of
players playing and the physical attributes of the players.
Both sporting events last sixty minutes but differ in the amount of time each player spends on the
playing surface. Hockey is played on ice that is three quarters of an inch think. Sometimes it is thicker
ice, but thicker ice slows the players skating. On the ice are six players, one of which is a goalie. The
other five are two defense men and three forwards. Forward players are further divided into wings, left

Description Of Pseudoseizures Versus True Seizures
Introduction: Pseudoseizures Versus True Seizures Seizure is the physical finding that occurs after
abnormal electrical activities in the brain. Patients with seizures could have symptoms like changes in
one s behavior, drooling, frothing at the mouth, irregular eye movement, grunting and snorting,
incontinence, extreme changes in mood, shakes, sudden falls, abnormal changes in taste buds,
clenching teeth, respiratory arrest, uncontrolled muscle spasms, twitching, and brief blackout follow
by period of confusion where they don t remember anything (Seizures: MedlinePlus Medical

In the present time, the usage of 24 hour EEG video monitoring have proved many past physicians
incorrect about their distinction between true and false seizures. EEG/video of pseudoseizures has
revealed that urination, injury, and drug responsiveness may be part of nonepileptic episodes as well
as epileptic episodes. As a result, EEG/video has become the gold standard for discriminating between
epileptic and nonepileptic attack (Bergen, 154 155). Both clinical observation and EEG/video have
reveal that long durations of start stop pattern, direct actions, and situational triggers are more
common in pseudoseizures than in true seizures (Bergen, 154 155). In addition true tonic clonic
seizures with combination of postictal oxygen debt, accumulation of saliva, and reduce level of
consciousness are often followed by deep respirations and snoring or stertorous respiratory patterns,
however, pseudoseizures lack these characteristics (Bergen, 154 155). The eyes remained open in
every tonic clonic and hypermotor seizures, but were closed in almost 90 percent of pseudoseizures
(Bergen, 154 155). The result have shown that it is important to be able to differentiate between
pseudoseizure and true seizure, but it is also crucial that physicians be able to find the underlying
cause of the seizure as well.

Women s Rights Within The Viking Age
Traditional historiographies and archaeological research perceived the Viking world as being
dominated by men with the majority of studies being concerned with exploring the life and material
culture of the male part of the society. There is no denying that archaeology is a discipline which has
traditionally been deeply colored by a predominantly male bias, and the historical dominance of men
over women had been accepted to such a degree that it appeared to be the natural order of things .
Popular imagination was of male Viking warriors with their long beards, large axes, colorful shields,
and bloodied swords. The presence of women was limited within the scope of early works. The
historiographical study of women s rights within the Viking Age is in its early stages. The academic
fields of gender and women s studies gained greater prominence beginning in the 1970 s, coinciding
with the feminist movement. Early gender archaeology can be said to have been a search for women
in the past, which was closely tied with the second wave feminism of the 60s and 70s . It is not
surprising that the earliest practitioners in gender archaeology wanted to show that there were in fact
women in the past, and that these women were not just important, they were just as important and
integral to the development of cultures as their contemporary men. From within the framework of
these ideas grew some less than reputable pieces of theory, founded on Engels famous citation world

In 2012, Campisano and Modica created a dimensionless methodology for the best design of domestic
rainwater harvest systems. From these studies, it can be proved that the previous research had poorly
designed the intake of the rainwater harvest systems. The size of the designs of rainwater harvest
systems were kept in small communities. They also lacked consideration of all metropolitan
catchments varying in special capacity and quality of the systems. The second category in rainwater
harvest systems is simulation and evaluation of the effectiveness. First the research included
evaluating the possible potential for safe to drink water savings by using rainwater in residential areas.
The second thing that was in the research was estimating nonpotable household potential. With the
performance of storage type, and investigating the potential benefits from sharing rainwater harvest
systems with neighbors by using rainfall data. Establishing the probabilistic relationships between
storage capacities and deficit rates of rainwater harvest systems was some of the next things that were
used to consideration. These studies weren t really considered for the surface and sewer flowing after

They say that there were children playing in the woods. Eight children seven sisters and their brother.
And the boy was pretending to be a bear and he was chasing his sisters through the woods, and they
were pretending to be frightened. And in the course of the game, the boy actually turned into a bear. It
was a terrible thing. The sisters, when they saw that, were truly terrified and they ran for their lives,
the bear after them. As they were running, they passed the stump of a tree a very large, huge tree
stump. And the tree spoke to them and said, If you will climb up on me, I will save you. So the sisters
climbed on top of the tree stump, and as they did so, it began to rise into the air. And the bear came to
kill them, but they were beyond its reach, and so the bear reared up and scored the bar all around with
its claws, and if you ve seen Devils Tower, it is deeply striated all around. It looks like it has been
scored by the claws of a gigantic beast. And the girls, as the story has it, were born into the sky and
they became the stars of the Big Dipper. And that is the story.

Important Place In My Life
One of the most important places in my life is a quiet place in Cook County, Illinois.
That place would be a cemetery called St. Mary Catholic Cemetery. To many, this may be a weird
place to choose, but to me it is a safe place to vent and think. You see, St. Mary is the resting place of
my mother, Kimberly Bitsie. Those reasons, are why it is the most important place in my world.
Cook County is not a place I have ever lived, but my family and I try to visit as often as we can. My
Dad, little brother and I usually try visit once every two to three years, because we visit our
grandparents while in Illinois. When we visit though, we always try to make time to visit the cemetery
because we don t know the next we will be able to see her. It s about a thirty five minute drive from
my grandparent s house, but it s worth the drive. We spend on average thirty to forty minutes at the
cemetery. Before we go into the cemetery, we always stop by this one store near the cemetery, that
sells flower and decorations, to buy a spinner to put on mom s grave. I was only four when my mom
died of cancer, and I only have a few memories of her. So, being able to visit and try to connect is
what makes it special to me. When we go to visit the cemetery, it is usually around midday. Unlike
other cemeteries I have seen or visited, this cemetery I would put on the better side of the list, with
upkeep and location. When you first drive into the cemetery, you see a big gate and a beautiful stone

Essay On The Gold Rush
In early 1848, cries of gold findings flooded the West. White settlers flooded the area like a hurricane
in search of riches never seen before to the common man. It was the single greatest migration of
people in a shortest amount of time. The gold rush was a very dark period in American history and it
shouldn t be celebrated; the Native American s were slaughtered in American thirst for gold
Explosions of violence from both natives and settlers were common in this environment of prejudice
and greed. Between 1850 and 1890 eighty percent of the total number of Native Americans in
California died due to murder and massacre, disease, starvation, and forced migration from their
native lands. The destruction of the culture and lives of the people native to California and the Black
Hills of South Dakota. Greed changed the morals and values of the miners and Americans alike in the
Gold Rush. The gold rush brought riches and highlighted racism of white Americans, while
systematically destroying Native Americans in that region.
To many Californians the mention of January 24, 1948, conveys no special meaning, nor is that date
widely commemorated in the state. Yet it had a special significance in the history of California, for on
that day James Marshall, a moody carpenter from Missouri, discovered the first gold nuggets that
resulted in a stampede known as the California Gold Rush. The California Gold Rush drew in
thousands of white settlers, all seeking a better life and a chance

Developmental Differences Between Myself And Jake Chastain
Developmental Differences Human development will continue to accumulate from the time we are
conceived until the day we die. During our lifespan we each change neurologically, structurally, and
physiologically, and we each develop at our own pace. Our recent lab, Spring Olympics, tracked
physical competency between myself and Jake Chastain. The results are evidentiary of our
developmental differences. Herein, we will consider the shuttle run, heavy throw, rope jump, birdie
bash, and balance events with respect to how mine and my partners distinct development differences
contributed to our competition results. Initially, we participated in the shuttle run, running as fast as
we could to pick up an object and return it to the start line. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

Also, Jake s muscular frame gave him a strength advantage, so he dominated with nature and nurture.
Thirdly, we measured how many times we could jump rope within two minutes. I honestly thought I
would dominate in this event. My dance background was sure to make me more flexible than Jake,
and I thought my motor skills might be superior to his. However, Jake had boxing training which
included speed rope jumping and muscular development of his calf muscles. My dance background
had taught me slow graceful leaps while his training was in speed. Consequently, his reflex inhibition
kicked in and he jumped almost twenty five more times per minute than I jumped. Again, this defeat is
attributable to environmental factors, because Jake s jump rope practice gave him a formidable
advantage. Our next event incorporated striking a birdie over our heads with a racquet to see how far
we could propel it using our dominant hand and our non dominant hand. Birdie Bash tested our
muscular development, needed to apply force to our strikes, and neurological development,
demonstrated when we used our non dominant hands. It also included lunging, hitting, and hand to eye
coordination development. My partner and I were equal when it came to making contact with the
birdie and making strong strikes. Consequently, Jake and I performed closely with our dominate
hands; however, Jake performed almost equally as well with his

Preble County Argument Essay

grapevines is located behind the schoolhouse. With the school house being used as a tasting a
production area, many questions are out on the block. One of many is, Will this old schoolhouse be
sanitary and safe to keep food/drink products in? Is it safe? I believe that in order to open this and be
successful it will be professionally inspected and checked for any safety hazards. The new Preble
county winery is located on a busy route, 127. Heading towards I 70 from Eaton you will come across

be special of traveling to a big city to drink. Why? When you have a new wine source in your own
small town. There are many benefits to the opening of this winery. I believe that since Eaton is a fairly
small town, buyers will take their liquor home and drink safely at a house. This will limit the death
rate from drunk driving accidents. Zdobinski and Meeks plan to have 14 different tastes, so the
selection is a fair amount. With some grapes coming from California, this may take years to get a full

In layman s terms, Environmental citizenship is the idea that humans are part of the environment and
that as a result we should work to help the environment through day to day and political actions. A
parallel could be drawn to the idea of the Social Contract, where people give up certain privileges and
take on certain duties in order to be effectively governed as a part of a greater society (Gough 2 3).
Environmental citizens give up certain privileges such as littering or using fossil fuels and take on
duties like recycling or voting for environmentally friendly laws or politicians in order to better the
environment as a whole. Environmental Citizenship can be further broken down into two rough
categories: personal daily citizenship and large scale political citizenship. Daily environmental
citizenship refers to people following environmentally just laws and performing environmentally
conscious actions in daily lives, such as recycling, eating food from environmentally friendly sources
such as homegrown gardens, using eco friendly transportation such electric cars or public
transportation, and other similar activities. Political environmental citizenship is when people
participate in large scale political processes such as voting, political demonstrations (such as the
March that I attended) or protests and even running for political office. Of course,

The Common Defense Summary
In the book everything took place in the new world or as what we now know as the United States of
America. The main states that were involved in the book of The Common Defense were New York,
Virginia, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. The major battles and war took place in those states. The
time period in which was discussed in the book was from the sixteen hundredths to the late eighteen
hundredths. Britain came over to North America to build colonies and get land. They also wanted to
find gold and riches not just land. Many jumped at the opportunity to get some land and do better for
themselves and their families. The first colony that was built was Jamestown, Virginia in 1607 a group
of 100 people made the voyage to start their new lives. Many colonial settlers came to America for
many reasons such as religious freedom, and to make money. They settled into 13 colonies, known as
New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Massachusetts, New
Hampshire, Maryland, Georgia, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Delaware.

Tattoos have been dated back to 5000 BCE. Tattoos have played the role of being badges of honor,

Theme Of Women In A Doll s House
How the Need for Independence Contributed to the Failure of Marriage in Ibsen s A Doll s House
The play, A Doll s House, was written by Henrik Ibsen in the year 1879. In this time period, men and
women were not equal. The main protagonist, Nora, had decisions decided for her throughout her life.
At a certain point, she realized it was time for her to seek independence. This search for self
sufficiency caused many issues in her marriage.
From early on in the play, it is apparent how submissive Nora is to her husband, Torvald: You haven t
any idea how many expenses we skylarks and squirrels have, Torvald (14). He uses pet names such as
squirrel and spendthrift to address Nora, comparing her to feeble animals. These are metaphors that
Ibsen uses to display how most women were treated in this time period. They were seen as objects or
fragile little animals that needed the protection of a man. Nora goes along with these names and even
refers to herself as them in order to please him and get what she wants, which is usually money.
Torvald is controlling and possessive when it comes to Nora, but she doesn t know any better because
her dad treated her in a similar manner. She s the mother of three kids and a woman, so work is not a
realistic option for her. This is another reason why she s so dependent on Torvald for money.
Although Nora was a naive seeming young woman, she did yearn to feel independent as well. When
speaking with her friend Mrs. Linde she often boasted about

Poetry Analysis for Sunshine by Matisyahu
Drury 1
Caitlan Drury
Poetry Analysis for Sunshine By Matisyahu Many songs use different literary devices to communicate
a message out to the audience. One of those songs is Sunshine by Matisyahu, which displays
symbolism, imagery, figures of speech, tone, and theme. Others might not enjoy the song because it
gives mixed signals. Although that is true, there are much more reasons to why someone would enjoy
it. Sunshine by Matisyahu is an effective song because the artist uses a potpourri of literary terms to
present his meaning to the audience. Matisyahu uses symbolism to define the deeper meaning of never
giving up in his song. In Sunshine , the artist says, You re my golden sunshine , which symbolizes the

in the artist s life and that he had lost what was important to him, but repeats the chorus after every
verse to show that even though he had some falls, he still got back up to conquer his goal. The theme
of the song is very significant because it shows the audience to never give up. Sunshine by Matisyahu
is a great song, although many people might not agree. Many people might not enjoy the song
Sunshine by Matisyahu because it gives mixed signals and does not make sense in some parts of it.
Keep on moving to the first rays of dawn, keeping it on til the day stays strong, keepin til the night

it. What does This phase is always, sometimes I get so crazed mean? That verse starts the song and the
audience would not understand what is being said. What does the artist mean? Or maybe the chorus is
just repeated a bit too much, which makes the song annoying for the audience. Yes, these arguments
are reasonable, but they are not true. Some of the audience might not enjoy Sunshine , but it is still a

How Did The British Win The Battle Of America
Despite American victories at Fort Ticonderoga and Saratoga, they weren t as lucky in Brooklyn, NY.
After losing multiple crucial battles upstate, the British were determined to hold on to their control of
New York City. The British launched a major offensive to rid the city of the Americans originating
from Long Island. The Americans and British met at the Battle of Long Island, also known as the
Battle of Brooklyn. The British attacked the Americans who were positioned among the multiple
heights of Brooklyn: Flatbush Pass, Gowanus Heights, and Brooklyn Heights. This position
established the protection of American artillery that commanded New York City. But, these tactical

The Americans were ill equipped for the battle carrying muskets left over from King George s War
(1744 45) and Queen Anne s War (1702 1713) that were taken from New England and were made up
of 19,000 poorly trained militia and volunteers (Schechter 143). This inexperienced American force,
despite commanded by the great General Washington, left a wide open flank, which Howe easily took
advantage of unfortunately. He discovered an undefended flank through the Jamaica Pass and took
advantage of it ravaging the American defenses from the side. The sheer numbers of British forces and
weapons outflanking them, which was nearly twice the size of the U.S. forces there, overwhelmed
Washington and his men forcing them to retreat to New Jersey. The Battle of Brooklyn was a
demoralizing defeat for the Americans as Washington would never be able to recover New York City
from the British. It was the largest (in terms of numbers) battle of the entire American Revolution and
saw the most Hessian involvement with three full regiments (Soleki). And, it was also the first battle

The Mound Building Peoples Of The Eastern United States
Throughout history there have been ebbs and flows identified within all facets of human history, and
the Native American mound builders were no different. The mound building peoples of the Eastern
United States (U.S.) along with the Aztec s, Mayan and the Inca were revolutionary economists,
farmers and communal architects. Before the Europeans came in contact with the mound building
tribes in the 1500 s, a thriving nation was had developed into an economic powerhouse and maintain
its position of power and commerce for a few hundred years. We would be remiss to not preserve the
archeological remnants of the Adena, Hopewellian and later the Mississippians. Each of the many
built mounds holds unique facts and details to how the nation thrived and developed over several
centuries.
One of the most influential and progressive cultures in North American history was the mound
building Native American tribes. The most significant aspects of the mound building peoples was the
multitude of mounds built for burials, ceremonial and ritual events, temples and other important
buildings, and effigy mounds in the shape of various animals (Colin Calloway, 2012, p. 32).
Archeologists classify mound building Indians of the Southeast into three major chronological/cultural
divisions: the Archaic, the Woodland, and the Mississippian (United States National Park Service,
n.d.). Although Mississippians are known for their mounds; they were also the first fully domesticated

Symphony No. 9 Summary
The concert I watched online was Symphony No. 9 From the New World composed by the great
Antonin Dvorak. This performance was done by the New York Philharmonic and launched the New
York Philharmonic s 175th anniversary season. This concert was performed by an orchestra and was
definitely a performance I enjoyed to watch and listen to.
In the beginning of the performance, the orchestra begins with an adagio tempo, using instruments
such as cellos and violins. The tempo is very slow and soothing until it suddenly interrupted by the
sound of trumpets. This is setting a tone that something very dramatic is about to happen. After the
trumpets sound, oboes and flutes begin to play using the same adagio tempo as it was used in the
beginning of the performance. As the flutes and clarinets slowly stop, you can see the conductor, Alan
Gilbert, slowly move his arms apart to instruct the orchestra to get prepared. Gilbert then swings his
arms up and the orchestra switches to an allegro tempo by using crescendo. Violins, cellos, drums,
French horns, tenor trombones and bass trombones are now used to create a suspenseful tone as if
something tragic has just happened. It then changes back to the adagio tempo using instruments with
low pitch and then transfers back to the oboes, flutes and violins. The first ten minutes of the
performance is a wide variation between adagio and allegro and molto allegro and basically switches
tempos between the three which is why I really enjoyed

Class Conflict In Stossel s Life
The novel is a constant class conflict and struggle from within oneself and the attitude of others
towards the anxiety in Stossel s life. Stossel was a proletariat as he was in need of assistance in order
to live a healthy life. Many people did not understand, causing Stossel to feel alienated at times. The
struggle of wanting to live care free like others seemed to do seemed nearly impossible causing the
feeling of alienation to deepen. The social conflict is ignored because people pretended that Stossel
was mentally healthy although it is clearly evident by looking at his numerous phobias. Class conflict
controls the social evolution acceptance of mental illness which would have been easier to succeed
with more research done. Class structures established seems to be all the same. However, exhibited in
this text seem to be the sick versus the healthy people. This gives the sick people a feeling of being
oppressed since they do not receive as much as attention for their pain as someone with follows the
social norm with visible wounds. Stossel recognizes the public s thoughts as overinterpret(ing)

Slaves In History Research Paper
There were more than 80,000 slaves in ancient greece? There were so many jobs that slaves did that s
why there were so many of them. Without slaves our world would have been a lot different now than it
was. Slaves worked as factory workers, farm workers, and more. They impacted their lives by a lot,
and is a big part of our history.
What Slaves Did
Slaves were servants, factory workers, shopkeepers, mine workers, and many other things that they
would want them to do. They had slaves do their work because they didn t want to do it themselves.
They had to work for their owners, and they didn t have a choice unless they wanted to get wiped and
other stuff. Or they were also starved to death. Some slaves were captured by kidnappers or as
prisoners of war and sold them as slaves, so they didn t have to do the work, It was hard to find out
who kidnapped them because they were really sneaky at it, and a lot of people did it.
How they became slaves
All slaves were born free, but they were captured by kidnappers. That s how they became slaves, or
their parents could have sold them to slavery. If there parents didn t have money they would sell them
and it was normal back then. That s how they became slaves. Some chose to work for other people, or

Anger And Anger Of Anger
Walking into a school, workplace, or home with a scowl on your face and it moping around with your
head hanging down and your eyes staring at the ground isn t anger. Anger isn t serene or tranquility, its
an outburst of frustration. Anger is holding your breath till your face turns blue and not being able to
breathe. Anger is a feeling of resentment and rage (DEFINITION). It s a feeling of hatred towards
someone or something. Anger can build and build inside of you for so long that one day you will just
snap. You will start hollering at everyone for something they didn t do and will start punching,
throwing, or tearing things up. Sometimes when people express their anger they may become
belligerent. Why do people get anger? Is it something that inherited from generation to generation or
is just a feeling built up inside for so long that you just become annoyed with everything in life? Anger
is an undesirable feeling to have. You start to feel sick to your stomach or start to have a rush of
adrenaline to your head or heart. There are different ways people can cope with anger. People will sob,
scream, run away, tighten their jaw or clench their fists. The look on people s faces when they get
anger can go from pale to a bright red within a matter of a minute. It s okay to express your way of
anger but there are other times when it s not okay to express it. Driving down the road, with cars going

gender. Naji endured the struggles of being Jewish, Nasir had to deal with being a young man with
slim job opportunities, and Ghada had to deal with the struggles of being a woman. Although each

Being a woman in an already constrained society led to many problems, to the point where Ghada felt
her only escape was to stab a soldier. Although unsuccessful, Ghada s desperate attempt displays the
burdens placed on Palestinian women and the realities of what they must deal with everyday under
Israeli control. Ghada was forced to stay in an unhappy marriage with her cousin, whose mother she
did not get along with. This relationship was also strained by the fact that she was separated from her
family by a border controlled by the Israelis. Ghada s options for a successful divorce were limited in
the sense that if she requested the separation, she would have to give up the second half of her dowry,
which would have a negative financial consequence for herself and her family. Along with that, her
reputation would be tarnished in the village, which would make it very difficult for Ghada to make it
on her own. All of these consequences of a female initiated divorce offers an insight to how women
are regarded in the modern Middle East. They are restricted in all aspects of life, whether it is socially
or economically, by their communities and government

Qualitative Research Is Good At Simplifying And Managing...
Qualitative research is good at simplifying and managing data without destroying complexity and
context. Qualitative methods are highly appropriate for questions where preemptive reduction of the
data will prevent discovery. If the purpose is to learn from the participants in a setting or a process the
way they experience it, the meanings they put on it, and how they interpret what they experience, the
researcher needs methods that will allow for discovery and do justice to their perceptions and the
complexity of their interpretations. Qualitative methods have in common the goal of generating new
ways of seeing existing data. If the purpose is to construct a theory or a theoretical framework that
reflects reality rather than the researchers own perspective or prior research results, one may need
methods that assist the discovery of theory in data. If the purpose is to understand phenomena deeply
and in detail, the researcher needs methods for discovery of central themes and analysis of core
concerns. Each of these suggestions has a flip side. If one knows what is being hypothesized and what
they are likely to find, if one do not need to know the complexity of others understandings, if one is
testing prior theory rather than constructing new frameworks, or if one is simply describing a situation
rather than deeply analyzing it, it is possible that one should not be working qualitatively. Perhaps the
research question that one is tackling with in depth interviews would be

LPE Response
The Problem with the Problem of Evil
I am arguing that the Logical Problem of Evil (LPE) is not a successful argument to reject the
existence of God. This is due to the LPE arguing with an inaccurate definition for the word good .
With the correct definition of good, I will show that an all good and all powerful God can logically
exist simultaneously with evil. A response to my objection could be the Furthermore, if we allow the
inadequate use of the word evil , the LPE still does not constitute the immediate rejection of the
existence of God due to the concept of free will. A response to this objection is that individual humans
are not free and are therefore not morally responsible for their actions. However, I will show that this

By consistent I m simply referring to the possibility of all of the following to be true at the same time.
When referring to the argument below, consistence would imply that it is possible for all three lines to
be true at the same time.
1. God is all powerful, all knowing, and all good
2. There can be no good without evil
3. Evil is necessary for the existence of God.
I feel as though I must put emphasis on the meaning of the consistency. This characteristic is implying
that all aspects of the argument can be true. However, it is not my claim that this proves the existence
of God; rather, my argument shows that the LPE fails to successfully disprove the existence of God.
Furthermore, an in depth version of the argument I have proposed can help strengthen this reasoning.
This version of my argument starts with the basic definition of God that has been established earlier in
the paper: 1. God is a being that is all powerful, all good, and all knowing.
When observing the fact that there are individuals who claim the existence of a being defined in line 1,
there is a logical claim that can be assumed. This is claimed in line 2.
2. Mankind knows of a being that is all powerful, all good, and all

  • 2. The Main Causes Of The Woes Of Math Anxiety The Woes of Math Anxiety Math anxiety is the phenomenon that affects may people, causing them to feel anxiety or stress when faced with anything related to math. Math anxiety can potentially affect anyone with the condition at any point in their lives, but it is most prominent within the classroom, as that is when the math is the most stressful. Three of the main causes of math anxiety are: public exposure, the influence of teachers, and time deadlines (Curtain Phillips, 2017). Once the causes are fully understood, a method to overcome them can be created. Firstly, it is important to understand when someone is suffering from math anxiety. Some symptoms are: passive behavior, a feeling of being alone, a lack of confidence and panic during tests (Oxford 2017). ( In complete paragraph) Public exposure refers to a student being publicly wrong, such as when called upon a by a teacher to answer a question. This can lead to many students, especially those with math anxiety to not speak up during class as to not make a fool of themselves. Sometimes in even worse cases, a student has been reprimanded or scolded by a teacher in the past which would cause them to become weary or even scared of answering a question in class (Oxford 2017). The best way to overcome this issue would be with positive reinforcement. Placing great focus on their success while keeping criticisms of their failure constructive gives the student the message that it is ok to be wrong, as no one is correct every ... • 3. Essay about Raymond Carver s Boxes Raymond Carver s Boxes There are many types of relationships, though all are complicated and both parties of the relationship must bend over backward for one another. In Boxes, Carver shows how difficult it is for the son to cope with bringing closure to his mother s relationship though he still loves her. The mother moves to be near her son; however, she starts packing to move again a while later; not finding the relationship she once had with her son. Through the short story Boxes, Raymond Carver makes evident the difficulties of bringing closure to a relationship. From the mother s point of view, Carver displays the closure of their relationship when he describes how the mother moved to where her son lived, only to have ... She waits six months and the son does not make any inferences or hints he wants her to stay. So she decides to pack up her belongings and move back to where she started from. As Carver shows how difficult it is for the mother to close that special mother son relationship they once had, and how long it takes for her to finally move on. Next, the mother infers that the closure of their relationship is due to the son not wanting to spend any time with her. But instead he spends time with his girlfriend Jill and leaves the phone off the hook. She even says, I don t know anywhere to go here. There are people back in California. I ve got friends there who care what happens to me. Nobody gives a damn here (414). Concluding her own son does not care what happens to her. The son just hangs the phone up not knowing what to say or how to respond to her. So the mother feels like she has lost the relationship with her son because he does not spend as much time with her as when he was her little boy. But she feels that he is always off with Jill or doing some other activity, ignoring her, and that their relationship has completely deteriorated, not grown, which is difficult for her to deal with. As a result, she decides ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

With limited worthwhile information existing online, the internet proved to be unreliable and an insufficient source of information, due to information being brief in most articles and only basic information existing. As interviews proved to have greater credibility, useful and reliable information, a majority of key findings were derived from interview sources. As a means of ensuring the credibility of research action research was conducted through the making of a short documentary which gave support to unequivocal findings made during interviews. The film gives brief and precise overviews of major topics which are most important in the production of a short film. Each scene is brief and gives insight into each stage of the filmmaking process and the processes involved. To ensure the establishment of the film s messages, each finding is placed into an individual scene with concise and precise information. Through the use of action research the credibility of the film is made apparent, with obvious knowledge of filmmaking being presented. The key findings were made apparent through the use of red text which indicated to the audience of the key finding. Key findings were limited in the duration of their presentation. This resulted in each key finding only consisting of a single scene in which the finding is concisely explained. Variations in findings resulted in some scenes being shortened due to amount of information. Although key findings with less supportive evidence was emphasised to assert importance. • 5. Parenting As A Blended Family Parenting in A Blended Family The family dynamics in Max Apple s Stepdaughters and Amy Tan s A Pair of Tickets displays some of the issues that parents, stepparents and teenagers may or may not experience. A mother s relationship with her children has a very unique connection, especially when it comes our daughters. Being a mother or stepmother is a problematical and rewarding experience: nevertheless, a mother s love is unconditional. How do you except someone for his or her choices on being different? Is it easier for a step parent to see things more clearly that the biological parent? Every family has its issues. When it s a blended family with mothers, fathers, stepchildren and other family member, those issues can become more complex to understand. There are so many aspects that make the core of a family. For example, from different lifestyles, religion, to positive and negative reinforcement from our parents to raising respectable teenagers. There are differences in attitudes from teenagers with biological parents and stepparents. With biological parents the relationship may have some problems, but nothing can compare to what a stepparent has to endure and try to overcome these obstacles if it possible. In the present time, the usage of 24 hour EEG video monitoring have proved many past physicians incorrect about their distinction between true and false seizures. EEG/video of pseudoseizures has revealed that urination, injury, and drug responsiveness may be part of nonepileptic episodes as well as epileptic episodes. As a result, EEG/video has become the gold standard for discriminating between epileptic and nonepileptic attack (Bergen, 154 155). Both clinical observation and EEG/video have reveal that long durations of start stop pattern, direct actions, and situational triggers are more common in pseudoseizures than in true seizures (Bergen, 154 155). In addition true tonic clonic seizures with combination of postictal oxygen debt, accumulation of saliva, and reduce level of consciousness are often followed by deep respirations and snoring or stertorous respiratory patterns, however, pseudoseizures lack these characteristics (Bergen, 154 155). • 10. Women s Rights Within The Viking Age Traditional historiographies and archaeological research perceived the Viking world as being dominated by men with the majority of studies being concerned with exploring the life and material culture of the male part of the society. There is no denying that archaeology is a discipline which has traditionally been deeply colored by a predominantly male bias, and the historical dominance of men over women had been accepted to such a degree that it appeared to be the natural order of things . Popular imagination was of male Viking warriors with their long beards, large axes, colorful shields, and bloodied swords. The presence of women was limited within the scope of early works. The historiographical study of women s rights within the Viking Age is in its early stages. The academic fields of gender and women s studies gained greater prominence beginning in the 1970 s, coinciding with the feminist movement. Early gender archaeology can be said to have been a search for women in the past, which was closely tied with the second wave feminism of the 60s and 70s . It is not surprising that the earliest practitioners in gender archaeology wanted to show that there were in fact women in the past, and that these women were not just important, they were just as important and integral to the development of cultures as their contemporary men. From within the framework of these ideas grew some less than reputable pieces of theory, founded on Engels famous citation world historic ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

In 2012, Campisano and Modica created a dimensionless methodology for the best design of domestic rainwater harvest systems. From these studies, it can be proved that the previous research had poorly designed the intake of the rainwater harvest systems. They also lacked consideration of all metropolitan catchments varying in special capacity and quality of the systems. The second category in rainwater harvest systems is simulation and evaluation of the effectiveness. First the research included evaluating the possible potential for safe to drink water savings by using rainwater in residential areas. The second thing that was in the research was estimating nonpotable household potential. With the performance of storage type, and investigating the potential benefits from sharing rainwater harvest systems with neighbors by using rainfall data. Establishing the probabilistic relationships between storage capacities and deficit rates of rainwater harvest systems was some of the next things that were used to consideration. • 12. The Sacredness Of Devils Tower Essay The Sacredness of Devils Tower GEOG 4563 Bianca Hill 11 15 2016 They say that there were children playing in the woods. Eight children seven sisters and their brother. And the boy was pretending to be a bear and he was chasing his sisters through the woods, and they were pretending to be frightened. And in the course of the game, the boy actually turned into a bear. It was a terrible thing. The sisters, when they saw that, were truly terrified and they ran for their lives, the bear after them. As they were running, they passed the stump of a tree a very large, huge tree stump. And the tree spoke to them and said, If you will climb up on me, I will save you. So the sisters climbed on top of the tree stump, and as they did so, it began to rise into the air. And the bear came to kill them, but they were beyond its reach, and so the bear reared up and scored the bar all around with its claws, and if you ve seen Devils Tower, it is deeply striated all around. It looks like it has been scored by the claws of a gigantic beast. And the girls, as the story has it, were born into the sky and they became the stars of the Big Dipper. Those reasons, are why it is the most important place in my world. Cook County is not a place I have ever lived, but my family and I try to visit as often as we can. My Dad, little brother and I usually try visit once every two to three years, because we visit our grandparents while in Illinois. When we visit though, we always try to make time to visit the cemetery because we don t know the next we will be able to see her. It s about a thirty five minute drive from my grandparent s house, but it s worth the drive. We spend on average thirty to forty minutes at the cemetery. Before we go into the cemetery, we always stop by this one store near the cemetery, that sells flower and decorations, to buy a spinner to put on mom s grave. I was only four when my mom died of cancer, and I only have a few memories of her. So, being able to visit and try to connect is what makes it special to me. When we go to visit the cemetery, it is usually around midday. Unlike other cemeteries I have seen or visited, this cemetery I would put on the better side of the list, with upkeep and location. • 14. Essay On The Gold Rush In early 1848, cries of gold findings flooded the West. White settlers flooded the area like a hurricane in search of riches never seen before to the common man. It was the single greatest migration of people in a shortest amount of time. The gold rush was a very dark period in American history and it shouldn t be celebrated; the Native American s were slaughtered in American thirst for gold Explosions of violence from both natives and settlers were common in this environment of prejudice and greed. Between 1850 and 1890 eighty percent of the total number of Native Americans in California died due to murder and massacre, disease, starvation, and forced migration from their native lands. The destruction of the culture and lives of the people native to California and the Black Hills of South Dakota. Greed changed the morals and values of the miners and Americans alike in the Gold Rush. The gold rush brought riches and highlighted racism of white Americans, while systematically destroying Native Americans in that region. To many Californians the mention of January 24, 1948, conveys no special meaning, nor is that date widely commemorated in the state. Yet it had a special significance in the history of California, for on that day James Marshall, a moody carpenter from Missouri, discovered the first gold nuggets that resulted in a stampede known as the California Gold Rush. During our lifespan we each change neurologically, structurally, and physiologically, and we each develop at our own pace. Our recent lab, Spring Olympics, tracked physical competency between myself and Jake Chastain. The results are evidentiary of our developmental differences. Herein, we will consider the shuttle run, heavy throw, rope jump, birdie bash, and balance events with respect to how mine and my partners distinct development differences contributed to our competition results. Also, Jake s muscular frame gave him a strength advantage, so he dominated with nature and nurture. Thirdly, we measured how many times we could jump rope within two minutes. I honestly thought I would dominate in this event. My dance background was sure to make me more flexible than Jake, and I thought my motor skills might be superior to his. However, Jake had boxing training which included speed rope jumping and muscular development of his calf muscles. My dance background had taught me slow graceful leaps while his training was in speed. Consequently, his reflex inhibition kicked in and he jumped almost twenty five more times per minute than I jumped. Again, this defeat is attributable to environmental factors, because Jake s jump rope practice gave him a formidable advantage. Our next event incorporated striking a birdie over our heads with a racquet to see how far we could propel it using our dominant hand and our non dominant hand. Birdie Bash tested our muscular development, needed to apply force to our strikes, and neurological development, demonstrated when we used our non dominant hands. In layman s terms, Environmental citizenship is the idea that humans are part of the environment and that as a result we should work to help the environment through day to day and political actions. A parallel could be drawn to the idea of the Social Contract, where people give up certain privileges and take on certain duties in order to be effectively governed as a part of a greater society (Gough 2 3). Environmental citizens give up certain privileges such as littering or using fossil fuels and take on duties like recycling or voting for environmentally friendly laws or politicians in order to better the environment as a whole. Environmental Citizenship can be further broken down into two rough categories: personal daily citizenship and large scale political citizenship. Daily environmental citizenship refers to people following environmentally just laws and performing environmentally conscious actions in daily lives, such as recycling, eating food from environmentally friendly sources such as homegrown gardens, using eco friendly transportation such electric cars or public transportation, and other similar activities. • 22. Theme Of Women In A Doll s House How the Need for Independence Contributed to the Failure of Marriage in Ibsen s A Doll s House The play, A Doll s House, was written by Henrik Ibsen in the year 1879. In this time period, men and women were not equal. The main protagonist, Nora, had decisions decided for her throughout her life. At a certain point, she realized it was time for her to seek independence. This search for self sufficiency caused many issues in her marriage. From early on in the play, it is apparent how submissive Nora is to her husband, Torvald: You haven t any idea how many expenses we skylarks and squirrels have, Torvald (14). He uses pet names such as squirrel and spendthrift to address Nora, comparing her to feeble animals. These are metaphors that Ibsen uses to display how most women were treated in this time period. They were seen as objects or fragile little animals that needed the protection of a man. Nora goes along with these names and even refers to herself as them in order to please him and get what she wants, which is usually money. Torvald is controlling and possessive when it comes to Nora, but she doesn t know any better because her dad treated her in a similar manner. She s the mother of three kids and a woman, so work is not a realistic option for her. This is another reason why she s so dependent on Torvald for money. Although Nora was a naive seeming young woman, she did yearn to feel independent as well. When speaking with her friend Mrs. Linde she often boasted about ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

This performance was done by the New York Philharmonic and launched the New York Philharmonic s 175th anniversary season. This concert was performed by an orchestra and was definitely a performance I enjoyed to watch and listen to. In the beginning of the performance, the orchestra begins with an adagio tempo, using instruments such as cellos and violins. The tempo is very slow and soothing until it suddenly interrupted by the sound of trumpets. This is setting a tone that something very dramatic is about to happen. After the trumpets sound, oboes and flutes begin to play using the same adagio tempo as it was used in the beginning of the performance. As the flutes and clarinets slowly stop, you can see the conductor, Alan Gilbert, slowly move his arms apart to instruct the orchestra to get prepared. Gilbert then swings his arms up and the orchestra switches to an allegro tempo by using crescendo. Violins, cellos, drums, French horns, tenor trombones and bass trombones are now used to create a suspenseful tone as if something tragic has just happened. It then changes back to the adagio tempo using instruments with low pitch and then transfers back to the oboes, flutes and violins. The first ten minutes of the performance is a wide variation between adagio and allegro and molto allegro and basically switches tempos between the three which is why I really enjoyed ... • 33. Qualitative Research Is Good At Simplifying And Managing... Qualitative research is good at simplifying and managing data without destroying complexity and context. Qualitative methods are highly appropriate for questions where preemptive reduction of the data will prevent discovery. If the purpose is to learn from the participants in a setting or a process the way they experience it, the meanings they put on it, and how they interpret what they experience, the researcher needs methods that will allow for discovery and do justice to their perceptions and the complexity of their interpretations. Qualitative methods have in common the goal of generating new ways of seeing existing data. If the purpose is to construct a theory or a theoretical framework that reflects reality rather than the researchers own perspective or prior research results, one may need methods that assist the discovery of theory in data. If the purpose is to understand phenomena deeply and in detail, the researcher needs methods for discovery of central themes and analysis of core concerns. Each of these suggestions has a flip side. If one knows what is being hypothesized and what they are likely to find, if one do not need to know the complexity of others understandings, if one is testing prior theory rather than constructing new frameworks, or if one is simply describing a situation rather than deeply analyzing it, it is possible that one should not be working qualitatively. • 34. LPE Response The Problem with the Problem of Evil I am arguing that the Logical Problem of Evil (LPE) is not a successful argument to reject the existence of God. This is due to the LPE arguing with an inaccurate definition for the word good . With the correct definition of good, I will show that an all good and all powerful God can logically exist simultaneously with evil. A response to my objection could be the Furthermore, if we allow the inadequate use of the word evil , the LPE still does not constitute the immediate rejection of the existence of God due to the concept of free will. A response to this objection is that individual humans are not free and are therefore not morally responsible for their actions. However, I will show that this response ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... By consistent I m simply referring to the possibility of all of the following to be true at the same time. When referring to the argument below, consistence would imply that it is possible for all three lines to be true at the same time. 1. God is all powerful, all knowing, and all good 2. There can be no good without evil 3. Evil is necessary for the existence of God. I feel as though I must put emphasis on the meaning of the consistency. This characteristic is implying that all aspects of the argument can be true. However, it is not my claim that this proves the existence of God; rather, my argument shows that the LPE fails to successfully disprove the existence of God. Furthermore, an in depth version of the argument I have proposed can help strengthen this reasoning. This version of my argument starts with the basic definition of God that has been established earlier in the paper: 1. God is a being that is all powerful, all good, and all knowing. When observing the fact that there are individuals who claim the existence of a being defined in line 1, there is a logical claim that can be assumed. This is claimed in line 2. 2. Mankind knows of a being that is all powerful, all good, and all ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 37. The Effect Of Conditioned Response On Hr Student s Name... Effect of Conditioned Response on HR Student s name Institution Abstract This report is based on an experiment to investigate the effect t of a tone conditioned stimuli to heart rate. The study used 56 participants mean age 24.20 years where 15 were male and 41 were female. The study was purely experimental where the participants were subjected to a specified tone either at rest or when hopping and then were asked to count their heart beat rate using the palpation method. The experiment took place in three phases pre test, training and the post test. Heart rates results for each participant was recorded in each phase and the mean heart rate was calculated for the pre test and post test. Results indicated higher mean rates and standard deviation for post test in comparison to the pre test. A sample t test was also carried out for pre test vs post test mean hear rate measurements. Analysis of the results showed that tone conditioned stimuli led to increased heart rates. Effect of Conditioned Response on HR A conditioned stimulus in classical conditioning can be defined as a learned response in relation to a previously neutral stimulus (Domjan, Grau, amp; Krause, 2010). It is a learned reflexive response that is evoked when one is exposed to the same response (Schreurs, Smith Bell, amp; Burhans, 2011). While there has been an increasing acute awareness in relation to the interactions of heart rate with conditioned responses, can heart rates really be altered through ...
