1) The library at Imperial College London implemented a new reading list management system called Leganto to improve the workflow and experience for creating and accessing reading lists.
2) They analyzed problems with the old process and held a Rapid Improvement Event to redesign it, streamlining roles, improving copyright compliance, and providing better access to scanned materials.
3) Moving forward, they plan to roll out Leganto to more departments, integrate it with their copyright licensing system, and focus on continuous improvements such as supporting e-textbooks.
