Colonial Expansion: Process of Underdevelopmentswarna dey
Colonialism was a system which functioned well in the interests of the metro poles. The colonial rulers extract raw materials and cheap labor at low price from the colonies for the mother countries and trade the manufactured products at high rates. By ignoring the economic development of the colonies, colonization created political, economic, structural, cultural, social obstacles which further created underdevelopment in the colonies that even after independence they can not overcome those negative impacts of colonization. Even in the 20th century the western hegemony prevails in the colonized underdeveloped countries which impede them to become developed.

Policy Intiative for the Democratic Republic of Congo PresentationMichael Nemmetz
No other place on earth can the failed effects of European colonialism be displayed than the broken continent of Africa. The “dark continent” lured European powers to balkanization of the continent and exploitation of its vast resources; more so, the mass effects of such “divide-and-conquer” politics and colonization of Africa can most accurately be depicted and drawn from the historical contexts of the Congo kingdom. From King Leopold II to the Western backed rule of Mobutu Sese Seko and the current mineral grab by multinational corporations, the Congo has and continues to be both economically and socially exploited. Hope of sustainable democracy in Africa and specifically in the Congo can not be established until the Congolese take pride in an unified culture (ex., American patriotism), nationalize their mineral resources, and an international governance board (ex,. Board of Director’s) is established. The DRC, with the support of the international community (America, UN, IMF, World Bank), needs to be included in a Marshall Plan and adopt a Monroe Doctrine, only than can the Congo become economically and socially independent.

Neo-colonialism is the worst form of imperialism: the colon exploits, but takes its share of responsibility towards the colonized (Nkrumah, 1973).
Men have travelled for millennia. However, the concept of tourism only emerged in the 18th century in England, because of changes in mores and values in the context of the industrial revolution. Little by little, by the institutionalization of the free time in our societies, tourism, as a hobby, became common practice. In addition to this appropriation of the time, the phenomenon of globalization and the modernization have also shaped the evolution of tourism. Now, it is ' qualified by a certain mass and became an industry '.
Despite this evolution of travel, tourism remains impregnated a vertical migration trend North-South. This leads us to think about the hidden agenda behind this ideology. Can we see in this context the reproduction of a neo speech? It is true that the concepts of exoticism and authenticity, to spawn a still more borrowed path in the tourism field.
The Genesis of Pan-Africanism: A Historical PerspectiveAJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: Pan-Africanism is a movement to secure human rights, self-government, independence, and unity
for all African peoples. The spirit of solidarity and collaboration among African societies is ages old, fading and
flourishing from one century to the next. Pan-Africanism emerged once again at the end of the eighteenth century
as an anti-slavery and anti-colonial movement. Its appeal was both indigenous and international. Africans saw
their land invaded by European powers, a scenario that sparked resistance. The African struggle for freedom
coincided with anti-slavery sentiments in Europe and America, among other regions. In its original form, PanAfricanism had a wider scope than the geographic continent. It encompassed the African diaspora and descendants
worldwide. Seeking to unify the African people into a single community, Pan-Africanism grew and changed over
time, each century adding to its richness and passing on its legacy to the next. An ethnic, economic, political, and
social mosaic, Africa has struggled with an ambition for a united continent while at the same time being conscious
of the deep divisions within her borders. Along with the vision of oneness are the conflicting demands by Africa’s
sovereign states and regions, involving a mix of stakeholders—policymakers, national legislatures, and citizens
of independent countries. Still, for all its twists and turns, the movement embodies a vision of Africa liberated and
united, right up to the present day.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder
