This document provides an overview of several learning theories: - Behaviourism focuses on observable behaviors and reinforcement. It influenced transmission pedagogy and structured resources. - Cognitivism examines mental structures and how individuals construct knowledge through active problem solving. - Social constructivism emphasizes social interaction and collaboration with peers in social practices and contexts that facilitate knowledge construction. - Connectivism views learning as networking and connecting to resources to produce and share content based on personal interests and emergent topics.
