This document describes different learning styles and provides examples of activities or traits associated with each style. It identifies seven main learning styles: verbal/linguistic, logical/mathematical, visual/spatial, bodily/kinesthetic, musical/rhythmic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalist. For each style, it lists examples of things learners with that style may enjoy or be good at.
