This document discusses learning at the individual and organizational level. It defines learning as a process that builds capacity and results in a change in behavior. For organizations to learn, individuals and teams must learn. Teams learn through processes like dialogue, discussion, and after action reviews which allow examining assumptions and improving collective thought. Life-long learning is important at both the individual career and organizational level to continuously expand capabilities and deal with new challenges.
