         Someone who has a followers.
  An effective leader is not someone who is
  loved or admired. He/she is someone whose
    followers do the right things. Popularity is
                  not leadership
     Leaders are visible. He sets examples
Leadership is not about rank, privileges, titles,
        or money. It is about responsibility.
   Leaders are not preachers, they’re doers
