Scenario:
There is a {student/coworker/or staff member} that is leading
a team and is very passionate about the cause. They are
hyped up about this new leadership position and are trying
their hardest to get the team going. The team members on the
the other hand are less than thrilled. They do not like the
leader for different reasons. They are decided to ignore all
efforts by the leader to get the team together.
