 Ensure successful on-boarding of new Salary Surveys customers; transitioning from sales to participant

I managed a project to increase the amount of data submitted within our Computer Staff Survey. This project ran over
the second half of 2015(and has become a business as usual project for 2016). When the Computer Staff Survey was
published in 2015 key skills data had increased by significantly more than the anticipated outcome I was recognised
internally for my work on the project and awarded awarded a cash bonus for my work on this project. The outcome of
the project enabled us to implement better processes to server increase key skills data in the Computer Staff Survey
for 2016.
