- 45. The dopamine rush of crossing something off a to-do list is the same rush as getting a ‘like’ / ‘RT’ / or ‘follow’. Understanding the brain’s desire for positive reinforcement will help to create more meaningful checklists that ACTUALLY help facilitate more meaningful work being completed.

- I once ate the exact same dinner for 21 straight days I prefer to brush my teeth in the shower I use the same hair gel I used in high school despite being able to afford and realizing that other products are clearly superior I change up my work out routines but always find myself returning to one that my HS basketball coach wrote for me twenty years ago I like to sleep on the left side of the bed I like to park on the right side of the garage I have to sit facing the exit in restaurants I once totaled a car and could afford a much nicer car and I bought the EXACT same car again . . . that was three months ago
