• Proper seating area in front of the club house
with Black Polished Pebble stones used for the
flooring which easily blends with the
environment.
• Granite seating are created to give a natural
touch to the place.
• Surrounded by the trees of Champa
flower(Botanical Name : Plumeria) which is one
of the most fragrant flowers makes the space
more natural and pleasant.
 Statues are placed in the lawn to provide
emphasis to the area.
 Gazzebo is provided at the corner of the lawn
as a social space where people can interact in
the vicinity of the nature.
 The lawn has soft green cover over the entire
area.
 Avenues are created along the lawn using palm trees along
with the seating platforms made of granite stone that easily
blends with the nature.
 The avenue therefore provides an hierarchy to the lawn as
well as a shaded space for those seating under them.
 The flooring for the pathway is also made up of stone so
that it maintains its natural property as well as creates a
difference between the pathway and the soft green cover.
 The pathways are thereby used as jogging tracks as it is
huge in scale and all along the clubhouse.
 Low level and dense shrubs runs adjacent throughout the
pathway to create a buffer between two spaces as well as
hides the services running through it.
 Proper shaded spaces are provided for people for
them to feel the calmness and enjoy the beauty of
nature through landscaping.
 Wooden benches provided along on the stone
pathways adjacent to the huge lawn.
 Solar power LED lights are provided in the lawn to
illuminate the lawn in the nightime.
 Proper gutters are provided in the lawns for the
disposal of excess water.
 Flooring is used as the medium of segregation of
spaces.
 The grey Pavel blocks are used for the purpose of
parking and the red herringbone pattern is used for
the vehicular and pedestrian circulation.
 Bays are created for parking with low level
plantations for the segregation of spaces as well as
plantations are made to segregate childrens play
area and parking for safety purpose.
 Huge and dense trees are provide all along the compound wall
as a buffer from the noise of the exterior road thus preventing
noise pollution and purifying the internal environment of the
complex.
 Rubber Crumb Surfacing is the
flooring provided in the kids play
area.
 As they are manufactured using
recycled tyres, they are very
environmental friendly.
 Available in variety of colours and
patterns it can be applied to make a
seamless, smooth and porous
surface.
