 The botany department in the Panjab University have established a botanical garden in
Chandigarh and named it after their founder Mr. P N Mehra.
 Spread over 16 acres of land.
 There are many sections in this garden such as water garden, cactus-house, fern-House,
orchid-House, two green houses, one glass house, tropical plant house etc.
 Special attractions in the garden for the visitors are the Arboretum with nearly 225 species
of trees.
