This document provides instructions for a group project on Latin American cuisine. Students will work in groups to create a menu for an imaginary Latin American restaurant featuring 10 authentic dishes from a selected country. They will also research and present a recipe. Links are provided to online resources about foods and recipes from different Latin American countries. An evaluation rubric and currency converter are also included to help students design their menus. The goal is for students to learn about the diversity of foods across Latin America beyond common Mexican dishes.
