अर्थ
 कुं जल को वमन धौति व गजकरणी भी कहिे हैं।
 वमन धौति दो शब्दों से ममल कर बना है -
वमन+धौति।
 वमन का अर्थ है -उल्टी करना िर्ा धौति का
अर्थ है धोना।
 जजस प्रकार हार्ी पानी पीकर उसे अपनी सूुंड
द्वारा बाहर तनकाल देिा है उसी िरह इस क्रिया
में पहले बहि सारा पानी पपया जािा है क्रिर उसे
उल्टी द्वारा बाहर तनकाल ददया जािा
है।इसमलये इसे गजकरणी भी कहिे हैं।।
आवश्यक सामग्री
 जग या गगलास
 गुनगुना नमकीन
पानी
 साफ़ कपडा या
तौललया
सावधातनयााँ
 गरु के तनदेश में करें ।
 अभ्यास खाली पेट करें ।
 हृदय रोगी व उच्चरक्िचाप के रोगी
इसका अभ्यास न करें ।
 हार्ों के नाखून कटे होने चादहयें।
 पानी काग आसन में बैठ के पपयें ।
 पानी पीिे समय रूकना नहीुं चादहए।
 जग िर्ा गगलास साि होने चादहए ।
 अपेंडडक्स के रोगी इसका अभ्यास ना
करें ।
 इस क्रिया को करने के आधे घुंटे बाद
िक कछ न खाएुं।
पवगध
 सवथप्रर्म जग में गनगना पानी ले कर उसमें
आवश्यकिा अनसार नमक ममला लें ।
 काग आसन में बैठ जाएाँ और अपनी क्षमिा के
अनसार लगािार पानी पपयें ।
 जब ऐसा लगे के पानी अन्दर नहीुं जा सके गा
िब रुक जाना चादहए ।
 अब खड़े हो कर र्ोडा आगे की और झक जाएाँ
और अपना बायााँ हार् पेट के ऊपर रख लें ।
 दायें हार् की मध्यमा और िजथनी ऊाँ गली द्वारा
जीभ को पीछे से दबाएाँ जजस से पपया हआ
पानी उल्टी द्वारा बाहर तनकलने लगिा है ।
लाभ
 पेट पूरी तरह साफ़ हो जाता है।
 भूख बढती है ।
 रक्त विकार दूर होते हैं ।
 पाचन तंत्र मज़बूत होता है ।
 पेट के कीड़े मरते हैं ।
 पीललया के रोगी के ललए ये
क्रिया लाभकारी है ।
 एलसडडटी गैस बदहजमी से राहत
लमलती है ।
 फे फड़ो की शुद्दि होती है ।
 नेत्र ज्योतत बढती है ।
 सर ददद में राहत लमलती है ।
 पुराने से पुराना ज्िर ठीक होता
है ।

Kunjal Kriya

  • 1. कुं जल क्रिया पूनम गोस्वामी M.A. B.Ed (Yoga)

  • 3. आवश्यक सामग्री  जग या गगलास  गुनगुना नमकीन पानी  साफ़ कपडा या तौललया
