Roles and Responsibility:
 Independently handling Entire Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, Screening, interviewing, Selection,
Hiring, Salary Negotiation, Post Offer Follow up till the joining.
 Expertise in Permanent/Lateral Hiring, Contract and Contract to Hire Staffing.
 Responsible for client interaction and gathering requirements from them.

 Responsible to do the initial screening of the team member CV before sending out to clients.
 Responsible for delivery of the CV from the team members i.e. design the hiring plan in accordance with
Manpower requirement forecast of the organization.
 Review the requirements and work according to the desired job description. Managing and guiding the
recruitment team in sourcing of the candidates through various job portals, referrals, head hunting and
ensuring timely delivery
 Screen the candidates to do telephonic discussions to check their communication skills, personality and
attitude based on job description
 Constantly updating the internal databank by uploading the Requirement and CV.
 Schedule Interviews and take technical feedback.
