2. • To have family planning (KB), every couple would need
planning to postpone pregnancy. In order to support the
success of family planning, there are several tools such
as contraception that can be used both temporarily and
permanently.

3. • Birth control pills are temporary and are divided into 2 groups, namely the type
that contains the hormone progesterone and progesterone-estrogen
combination.
• This contraceptive one is still relatively inexpensive, but it is quite troublesome
because it must be routinely consumed every day. Even for some types of birth
control pills, you have to take it at the same time should not be different to
maximize the success rate.
• Even so, the success rate in the use of contraception is fairly good, the failure
rate is only 8% if the user uses it regularly.

• This type of contraception is the planting of a small object the
size of a matchstick that is inserted into the bottom of the skin,
generally on the upper arm. the failure rate is very good at
only 1 percent. And for mothers who are still breastfeeding,
can use this type of family planning because it does not
interfere with milk production.

9. Intra uterine device (iud)
• IUDs are usually placed in the uterus to block sperm from
penetrating the egg. There are 2 types of IUDs that are
made of copper and can last for 10 years, or which
contain hormones and last for 5 years

• Quite a lot of bleeding during menstruation or even
irregular periods
• Can loose or shift (if loose usually will come out with
menstrual blood)
• An infection can occur if the body rejects the existence of
an IUD

11. vasectomy
• Vasectomy is a family planning procedure performed to stop
sperm flow by closing the vas deferens channel in men. This
requires medical treatment or surgery and is permanent. For
couples who do not want to have offspring anymore will
usually use this method as an option to prevent pregnancy

• There can be blood in semen
• Bruising of the testes several months postoperatively
• Bleeding or blood clots in the testicular area
• Postoperative infections

13. Tubectomy
• Tubectomy is an act of permanent birth control or
sterilization of women, which is done by cutting or closing
the fallopian tubes so that the egg does not enter the
uterus, while preventing sperm from entering the fallopian
tube.
