This document is a menu for June 2014 from CEIP Virgen de la Navalazarza Bio-Accali, S.A. It includes 4 weeks of lunch menus consisting of a first course, second course and dessert each day. The menus provide nutritional information like calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates. It also includes dinner suggestions for each week that are simple, balanced meals consisting of a soup or salad, main protein and fruit/milk. The document is intended to plan healthy, varied meals for students over the month of June.
