Brooklyn Center with a subsequent promotion, in 1998, to Branch Manager-Corporate Headquarters.
• As Corporate Branch Manager: Initiated an operational improvement program to reallocate corporate
resources and expense controls in 2004 to maintain a Net Profit of $137,820 despite a reduction in
Gross Revenues of $302,600. Developed the business plan, assessed new business opportunities,
initiated new financial management and cost controls, and streamlined loan processing systems.
• Developed and implemented new marketing strategies, implemented new operational policies and
procedures, trained sales staff on new marketing techniques, and initiated new sales tracking systems.
Result was to increase revenues from $425,000 to over $1 million annually while increasing Net
Income to $227,366 in 2003.
• Established and implemented training programs for new hires including sales training, processor
training, and office staff training. Personally conducted all training sessions.
