The filmmakers received feedback on their music video from peers, including to reconsider an overlayed performance scene with candles, improve the white background of one scene, and slow the falling apple scene. They tried adjusting the candle scene but ultimately removed it. Strong filters to fix the white background scene would make it seem cartoonish and not fit the genre, so they left it as is. They slowed the apple scene which now better contributes to the dream-like effect. Adding a glow to the star's face seemed excessive and not consistent with their overall editing style.

1. Audience feedback
After completing our second version of our music video, we asked our peers to watch
through our video and received the following feedback:
 Reconsider the scene with the performance shot overlaid with the candle
 The scene with the star against the white background would seemmore
professional if the background were more white
 Apple should fall slower
 Maybe try adding a glow on the face
We tried adjusting the opacity of the shot with the candle superimposed against the face of
the star but came to the conclusion that the shot had to go. Without the candles, the
performance shot feels too long and so we added a church scene where the star is seen
praying.
To remove the creases in the white background and adjust the white balance of the image
would require strong filters that we felt makes the scene seem almost cartoon like. The
really dramatic contrast is not found in songs of this genre and does not fit in with the rest
of the look of our music video. As a result, we have not added the filters and have left the
shots as they are in our final edit.
We have slowed down the scene with the apple falling and are incredibly pleased with the
results as it contributes to the dream like effect we were striving for and works well with the
fade into the next scene.
Like the previous issue with the filters, the glow on the face of the star seems a bit much
and isn’t in line with the rest our editing style.
