SUMMARY
Jenny Lee Roussouw is a senior executive with a successful track record in assisting organisations meet today’s challenges.
Through a range of strategic implementations, I transform human resources potential into an organisational success factor.
Over the years I have created and implemented business strategies that introduced and built both sustainable brands and
services, as well as revitalized existing ones. This was carried out through my business experience, leadership and people
management skills.
I am a driven and passionate individual who has fought for her place in the tough creative and marketing industry as well as
overall business arena. I founded and ran a very successful advertising agency for over 20 years which included all elements of
the brand, advertising and marketing process as well as launched two of my own retail brands. I am also very involved in the
property sector from the initial design stages to the actual construction, maintenance and management.

1997 - Current : Founded and managed my own Advertising Agency – Bryson Inc. (Ozone Online)
My agency was created in 1997 in answer to the challenging needs of today’s marketers who find
themselves in a highly competitive business environment. My objectives have always been to
constantly add value to a client’s brand by offering specialist and relevant, yet innovative solutions.

Position held - CEO
The soul founder of Bryson Incorporated - A through-the-line marketing and advertising agency.
(The name changed to Ozone Online in 2008 as part of a strategic move towards sustainable planet assistance.)
Having joined extensive bases of creativity and business together, I am able to provide strategically relevant solutions,
powerfully designed, within budget and on time.
I am responsible for a vast pool of creative both employed and freelance, as well as production and digital specialists.
Another important implementation skill is knowing that creativity delivered late or administered poorly, is of little or no benefit -
my service levels are therefore of paramount importance in everything I do.
My agency structure allows me the flexibility to manage projects of any size efficiently and ensure that only the highest
standards are upheld and sustainable objectives met.
My responsibilities included:
1. Sourcing and maintaining our client base through client directorship.
2. Allocating the tasks assigned to the best teams suited.
3. Effective planning and execution of marketing activities including internal marketing, retail marketing, social media, sales
channel incentives, promotions and events.

DIRECTOR AND FOUNDER FLAB-U-LESS FAT FREE PIZZA’S
Detail:
While running Ozone Online, I looked to develop my own product. I cottoned onto the idea of taking the most popular product in
the world and turning it into a healthy alternative. It was established, through my experience in marketing and access to up to
date research, that this food was PIZZA. After many years of R&D, taste tests and pulling the best professionals on board, I
eventually was able to offer consumers the only Fat Free Pizza in the world.
My responsibilities included:
1. Sourcing, developing and manufacturing the first and only real Fat Free Mozzarella cheese in the world.
2. Registering the product for both SA and international markets.
3. Patenting the product worldwide.
4. Setting up a manufacturing plant with my cheese maker to make the cheese under strict health regulations.
5. Sourcing alternative manufacturing suppliers.
6. Putting in place all health and safety standards including manuals and day to day inspection detail.
7. Developing and making all components of the Flab-U-Less Fat Free Pizza including bases and sauces to ensure an
authentic fully Fat Free offering was delivered to consumers.
8. Buying required equipment for the factory in line with health regulations and other authorities.
9. Developing, designing and implementing the brand Flab-U-Less
10. Sourcing staff and training them in both manufacture and factory requirements.
11. Sourcing ingredients, packaging and labeling.
12. Liaising with buyers on both provincial and national levels including listings with Checkers, Spar and other retailers.
13. Managing factory on all levels from ground staff to sales to management.
2009 – 2015
DIRECTOR AND FOUNDER OF iTHEMBA HOUSING
Detail:
• iTHEMBA is responsible for the development and construction of alternative low cost school and housing solutions.
• A project that allowed the growth and sustainable development of communities within SA’s low income sectors
through building.
• This included the design and construction of alternative houses, schools and clinics, while ensuring sustainable income for
many previously disadvantaged South Africans.
• iTHEMBA was also involved in residential housing construction using traditional methods.
My responsibilities included:
1. Designing and developing a new innovative housing structure that used all labour forces including the unskilled and woman.
2. Sourcing, costing and manufacturing the required materials which included steel framing and polyurethane filled cemcrete
panels for easy installation
3. Putting in place all required accréditation from both Agrément and SABS to ensure the highest standards were upheld.
4. Marketing of the iTHEMBA building solution to both housing companies and the educational sector.
5. Sourcing, training and managing building teams both off and on site.
6. Ensuring budgets, timing and overall deliverables were achieved
7. Project management.
8. Design, costings, construction and management of residential projects.
9. Acquisition and management of multi level flats for rental purposes in the Belluevue area of Johannesburg.
2011 – 2013
DIRECTOR AND PARTNER IN HELOAFRICA EDUCATIONAL SOLUTIONS
Details:
• Developing the ultimate tablet solution to uplift learners and teachers in both SA and Africa.
• HeloAfrica sourced and supplied fully ‘curriculum loaded’ tablets with interactive learning platforms from grade 0 to 12.
• HeloAfrica offered dynamic e-books designed specifically for learners to be able to achieve their goals of a full education
without the many obstacles facing them.
• The HeloAfrica tablet solution also allowed learners to partake in extra mural activity information such as sport training and
advise, tertiary education information and guidance, music and other.
My responsibilities included:
1. Developing a partnership with Samsung for both hardware and software including Samsung warranties and Proline
Software as well as all additional added value applications.
2. Creating sales opportunities into both SA and Africa through the IT and education channels.
3. Drawing up strategic functions which included sourcing of hardware, loading of all material, warehousing and distribution,
training and managing repair and maintenance teams.
4. Developing a centralized database for project performance and monitoring.
5. Negotiations and development of a partnership with Via Africa for content
6. Marketing and sales of both the product and its overall delivery.

  • 4. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 2013 – 2016 DIRECTOR AND FOUNDER FLAB-U-LESS FAT FREE PIZZA’S Detail: While running Ozone Online, I looked to develop my own product. I cottoned onto the idea of taking the most popular product in the world and turning it into a healthy alternative. It was established, through my experience in marketing and access to up to date research, that this food was PIZZA. After many years of R&D, taste tests and pulling the best professionals on board, I eventually was able to offer consumers the only Fat Free Pizza in the world. My responsibilities included: 1. Sourcing, developing and manufacturing the first and only real Fat Free Mozzarella cheese in the world. 2. Registering the product for both SA and international markets. 3. Patenting the product worldwide. 4. Setting up a manufacturing plant with my cheese maker to make the cheese under strict health regulations. 5. Sourcing alternative manufacturing suppliers. 6. Putting in place all health and safety standards including manuals and day to day inspection detail. 7. Developing and making all components of the Flab-U-Less Fat Free Pizza including bases and sauces to ensure an authentic fully Fat Free offering was delivered to consumers. 8. Buying required equipment for the factory in line with health regulations and other authorities. 9. Developing, designing and implementing the brand Flab-U-Less 10. Sourcing staff and training them in both manufacture and factory requirements. 11. Sourcing ingredients, packaging and labeling. 12. Liaising with buyers on both provincial and national levels including listings with Checkers, Spar and other retailers. 13. Managing factory on all levels from ground staff to sales to management. 2009 – 2015 DIRECTOR AND FOUNDER OF iTHEMBA HOUSING Detail: • iTHEMBA is responsible for the development and construction of alternative low cost school and housing solutions. • A project that allowed the growth and sustainable development of communities within SA’s low income sectors through building. • This included the design and construction of alternative houses, schools and clinics, while ensuring sustainable income for many previously disadvantaged South Africans. • iTHEMBA was also involved in residential housing construction using traditional methods. My responsibilities included: 1. Designing and developing a new innovative housing structure that used all labour forces including the unskilled and woman. 2. Sourcing, costing and manufacturing the required materials which included steel framing and polyurethane filled cemcrete panels for easy installation 3. Putting in place all required accréditation from both Agrément and SABS to ensure the highest standards were upheld. 4. Marketing of the iTHEMBA building solution to both housing companies and the educational sector. 5. Sourcing, training and managing building teams both off and on site. 6. Ensuring budgets, timing and overall deliverables were achieved 7. Project management. 8. Design, costings, construction and management of residential projects. 9. Acquisition and management of multi level flats for rental purposes in the Belluevue area of Johannesburg.
  • 5. 2011 – 2013 DIRECTOR AND PARTNER IN HELOAFRICA EDUCATIONAL SOLUTIONS Details: • Developing the ultimate tablet solution to uplift learners and teachers in both SA and Africa. • HeloAfrica sourced and supplied fully ‘curriculum loaded’ tablets with interactive learning platforms from grade 0 to 12. • HeloAfrica offered dynamic e-books designed specifically for learners to be able to achieve their goals of a full education without the many obstacles facing them. • The HeloAfrica tablet solution also allowed learners to partake in extra mural activity information such as sport training and advise, tertiary education information and guidance, music and other. My responsibilities included: 1. Developing a partnership with Samsung for both hardware and software including Samsung warranties and Proline Software as well as all additional added value applications. 2. Creating sales opportunities into both SA and Africa through the IT and education channels. 3. Drawing up strategic functions which included sourcing of hardware, loading of all material, warehousing and distribution, training and managing repair and maintenance teams. 4. Developing a centralized database for project performance and monitoring. 5. Negotiations and development of a partnership with Via Africa for content 6. Marketing and sales of both the product and its overall delivery.
