Responsibilities:
 Warm well coming for the GUEST with a sweet wellcome drink and a cold towel for
refreshing.
 Have detailed information about the hotel, product, services and room inventory.
 Detailed information regarding arrivals, departures and daily occupancy.
 Assist Duty Manager to allocate rooms to all arriving guests as per preferences.
 Co-ordinate with housekeeping for clearing of rooms.
 Handle incoming telephone calls as per standards instructed.
 Monitoring hotel Car Movements for the Day, Pickups, Drops and office transfers
 Maintain regular contacts with corporate and individual guests and build strong
relationships with them.
 Handling Check-in and Check-outs of all cabin crews and pilots,captains as well as
FIT guest.
 Coordinating with airport reps in movement of airport coaches
 Taking departure time at arrival for maintaining departure control.
 Dealing with complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction totally
 Co-ordinates with all departments concerned in order to maintain Front Office functions
properly.
 Maintaining stationary stock of the department as well as doing departmental indent.
 Update guest Profiles as per standards.
 Upload C ‘forms as per the requirement of the requirement of FRRO.
