1) ODA is a joint project of 14 Finnish organizations aimed at developing a national e-service to support self-care and self-service to improve health outcomes. 2) The project seeks to develop apps and services that enable citizens to better manage their own health and wellbeing through symptom checks, treatment plans, and coaching. 3) The new model emphasizes self-service over appointments and aims to integrate individual health data from various sources to provide personalized guidance and recommendations.

2. ODA in a nutshell
• Driven by a vision of a new service model in healthcare-
and social services.
• Develops a national e-service that supports self-care and
self-service as well as improves results, quality, availability
and productivity.
• The e-service enables the change, its a means, not an end.
• In addition to the technical development a strong
emphasis on changing the operational processes.
• Aims at a national standard and integrates into other
national services (such as national PHR, national
architecture for digital services etc).
• A joint project of fourteen organisations that takes into
account the national (and international) diffusion in every
stage of the project.
