ODA in a nutshell
• Driven by a vision of a new service model in healthcare-
and social services.
• Develops a national e-service that supports self-care and
self-service as well as improves results, quality, availability
and productivity.
• The e-service enables the change, its a means, not an end.
• In addition to the technical development a strong
emphasis on changing the operational processes.
• Aims at a national standard and integrates into other
national services (such as national PHR, national
architecture for digital services etc).
• A joint project of fourteen organisations that takes into
account the national (and international) diffusion in every
stage of the project.

ODA in a nutshell • Driven by a vision of a new service model in healthcare- and social services. • Develops a national e-service that supports self-care and self-service as well as improves results, quality, availability and productivity. • The e-service enables the change, its a means, not an end. • In addition to the technical development a strong emphasis on changing the operational processes. • Aims at a national standard and integrates into other national services (such as national PHR, national architecture for digital services etc). • A joint project of fourteen organisations that takes into account the national (and international) diffusion in every stage of the project.
