 Interviewed, hired and trained Salon Coordinators and Head Salon Coordinators in the
Inland Empire and San Francisco regions
 In charge of creating and maintaining a consistent ultimate customer service experience in
all salons within the regions
 Participated, helped organize and run annual company events, such as but not limited to;
Carlton Hair’s Awards for Excellence, Carlton Hair’s Collection Launch, the annual
