This Series is on the Wheel of Business and it is designed to highlight important aspects of building a business that you will need to be considering. The objective of the series is to give you specific concepts to help you apply the key principles. Of which the key ones will be highlighted within each session.
By the end of each session you will have an internal shift in how you perceive your business in that you are able to mentally chunk your 'busyness' into categories. And externally, you should be able to identify those categories easily.
This unit is concerned with how to build client relationships, how to maintain those relationships and how to develop strategies to encourage client loyalty.
