  statistically significant difference” when
  comparing the same training delivered via live
  face to face workshops or via online learning

  • 4. New directions • Beginning in Q3, our new directions include: – Ongoing personnel training will also migrate to online for corporate and operational topics – Technology training for new sales force will take place online via Salesforce

According to recent studies, “as much as 40 cents of every dollar spent on in-person training goes to travel and lodging costs” (Citrix, 2011).
