It plans to transition much of its ongoing training online to reduce costs and increase accessibility for employees. Research shows online training can be as effective as in-person and 40% cheaper by eliminating travel expenses. KansasCorp will utilize synchronous online platforms like WebEx, Adobe Connect and GoToMeeting to deliver live, interactive training sessions. This allows for visual sharing and personalized discussions while recording sessions for later access. Online training will be supplemented with personalized recognition programs and manager videos to maintain a personal touch.
