According the quality works as a
teamwork and help eachother.
His long successful career, take
the challages as an opportunity.
 According to the personality, his
job satisfaction are both external
satisfaction and internal
satisfaction.
Personality belive in an
opportunity and domain vision.
Personality in his carrier work
with juniors peacefully and juniors
are not to work good then he try
to teach them do the work
properly.
Personality in his carrier work
with seniors to helpful and seniors
are not behaves good then he try
to work as he said and
compromise that things.
Personality give me his his
personal experiece when all officer
are promoted at high post then he
in fear to never got a promotion
but he is not fear and decided to
work hard and get the promotion.
Next time, he got a promotion to
good work, he get a reward by
texassistance in 2006.
Short and long term vision :
become a adminstor officer
Advice for future engineers to work
hard , achive your goal and get big
success in your life and become a
successful person.
